Cassia's POV

"Not even gonna ask what you were doing over there" Yoongi mumbled, he was already driving when he buckled in his seatbelt. His eyes didn't hold any judgement, just worry.
Cassia looked down at her shoes in embarrassment. Reflecting on it, walking towards that bar might not have been her brightest moment. It just showed how desperate she was at this point, desperate for distraction.
"Sorry" she gulped. "For waking you"
"Ah forget about it" Yoongi replied, the radio was turned up just enough to faintly hear the music playing. Cassia didn't recognize the song.
"Tell me what happened" Yoongi said.
Cassia wanted to sink into the car seat and dissapear. Where to start?
"I couldn't sleep" she whispered after a while. Not a lie, just not the full truth either. Opening up to people was still hard for her, although she had gotten much better at it recently.
Yoongi nodded encouraging her to keep going.
"We were all sleeping over at Namjoon's apartment-" Cassia tried to remember whether Yoongi and Namjoon had met.
"Oh, Namjoon is Jin's boyfriend" she added.
"Yeah, we've met"
"You have?" Cassia raised an eyebrow in confusion.
"At Nova" Yoongi nodded. "When we were searching for you"
"Ohh" Cassia mumbled, shifting uneasily in her seat . "Yoongi?"
"Hm?" he was keeping his eyes on the road but Cassia knew she had his attention.
"What happened between you and Leia that night at Nova?"
"You're changing the subject" his smile seemed to falter.
"I genuinely wanna know though" Cassia looked at him. Yoongi pushed some of his blonde hair back with a sigh. Leia's part of the story had left Cassia with so many questions, she hadn't gone into detail and Cassia was desperate to know how the two could go from being unable to stop smiling at each other like fools and constantly sharing small touches and adoring glances to complete silence, empty stares and distancing themselves from the other as much as they could.
"You go first then I'll tell you what happened with Leia" Yoongi said after a while of thinking.
"Promise?" Cassia asked, staring at Yoongi and then back out of the window, wondering where he was taking her.
"Sure"
"No, you have to say you promise. 'sure' doesn't count" Cassia shook her head to which Yoongi only groaned in annoyance.
