"Kya Matlab ki shaadi nahi hui? (What do you mean that the marriage didn't happen)" Arnav Asked
"Hamara Matlab hai ki humari shaadi adhoori hai... Hamare Phere nahi huye hain Arnavji (I mean that our marriage is incomplete... Our Pheras haven't happened)" Khushi answered
"Kal Humari Shaadi hai Arnavji... Aap Khush hain naa?(Tomorrow is our Wedding Arnavji.. You're happy right?)" Khushi asked happily
"Of course mein Khush Huin... Khush kyu nahi huinga mein (Of course I'm happy... Why won't I be happy)" Arnav answered
"Arnav nahi aayenge (Arnav will not come)" Subhadra Devi said
"Nahi Dadiji.. Woh aate hi honge. Woh aa jayenge (No Dadiji.. He must be coming. He will come)" Khushi said
Subhadra Devi smirked
"Apni maa ke gunehgaar ki beti se kabhi shaadi nahi karenge (He will never marry the daughter of the his mother's culprit)" She said
"Hamaare ateet ne tumhaara aaj kharaab kar dia Khushi... Humein maaf kar dijiye bitiya (My Past ruined your Present Khushi... I am sorry Child)" Garima apologized
"Woh aayenge Amma... Woh zaroor ayenge (He will come Mother... He will surely come)" Khushi assured
"Nahi aayenge Khushi... Woh nahi aayenge (No Khushi.. He won't come)" Garima said
"Abhi... Lau baaki hai Amma. Hum ummed nahi chod sakte (The flame is still there.. I can't lose hope) " Khushi said
"ARNAVJI!!!! ARNAVJI!!" Khushi woke up screaming
Garima and Payal rushed inside her room
"Bitiya.. Kya hua? (What happened Child?)" Garima asked concerned
"Amma..." Khushi breathed
"Hum.. Yahaan hi hain Khushi. (I.. Am here only Khushi)" Garima said consoling a shaking Khushi
"Paani piyo Khushi (Have this Water Khushi)" Payal forwarded a glass to her
Khushi took the glass with shaking hands. The glass fell from her hand and dropped on the floor the water spilling everywhere. The glass shattered into pieces
Garima hurriedly bent to pick up the pieces when Khushi stopped her and picked them herself
"Khushi... Bitiya chot lag jaayegi, Chod hum kar lenge (Khushi... Child you'll get hurt, Leave it I'll do it)" Garima said
"Kuch nahi hoga Amma... Chot se farak nahi padta ab.. Pehle se bahut zakhm khaa chuke hain hum (Nothing will happen Mother... Wounds don't affect me anymore.. I'm already too bruised)" Khushi said weakly. Just then, A small piece of glass pierced her hand.
"Khushi... Didn't I tell you to let me do it" Garima said
"Khushi... Careful Dammit!!! Dhyaan nahi rakh sakti tum apna (Can't you take care of yourself?)" She heard Arnav scolding her
"Arnavji..." Khushi called her eyes searching that one face everywhere and failing
"Arnavji..." She got up.
"Khushi... Aage kaanch hai, (Khushi... There's glass ahead,) Don't move" Payal said while clearing her path taking away any glass pieces.
