Erica’s POV
When Luke, the boy, turned to talk to the drummer about continuing the song, I turned to Kori who was staring at me in shock.
“WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?!” She screamed.
“That’s him. The boy from my dream. I honestly don’t know how he knows who I am but he definitely saw me,” I explained.
“OH MY GOSH ERICA THIS IS AMAZING!” Kori yelled, almost breaking my ear drums. But her screaming wasn’t even in comparison to the rest of the crowd. I wonder if they saw what happened. They probably did, thinking that Luke completely stopped singing when he looked at me the first time. The thought still makes my heart flutter and brings a smile to my face.
“And we get to go see them after the concert,” I said with a smile so bright it could power the whole city of Sydney.
“You better talk to him after the concert. Tell him everything, from the dreams to how he looks exactly how you pictured him,” Kori told me.
“Of course! Did you not expect me to do that?” I questioned Kori with a smile.
“I wasn’t sure if you were going to chicken out, knowing that you don’t like this kind of stuff,” She said with a smirk. She knew me so well.
“Nope,” I said, popping the p. “Not this time.”
The whole rest of the concert was a blur, except for the fact that Luke kept looking over at me and smiling. He even mouthed to me, asking to come backstage after the concert. I held up the VIP tickets in response, and the brightest smile I’d ever seen came up on his face. Kori kept looking over at me whenever Luke looked down at us.
“You both are my OTP. ‘Leric’”, she informed me, obviously feeling very proud of herself for coming up with the ship name.
“Let’s not get to far ahead now. I don’t even know if he knows who I am,” I said, sadness clear in my voice.
“What are you talking about? Have you seen the way he looks at you?!” Kori yelled at me, causing me to blush.
“We’ll see when we go backstage,” I told her.
Luke’s POV
I don’t think I’d ever be so happy. The girl who I’ve been looking and waiting for for over a year and a half is real.
The one thing making me nervous is that she may not even know why I’m so happy and keep looking over to her. Maybe she just is a huge fan and wants to meet us. The thought depressed me a little.
“Mate, that girl keeps on looking at you! I can’t believe you found her,” Calum told me.
“I don’t really know if she keeps looking over the same reason I’m looking at her, or if it’s because she’s just a huge fan,” I explained.
“Oh c’mon, you’re kidding right? Have you seen the way she looks at you? There’s more to that look than just being a ‘huge fan’” Calum assured me. I smiled in response.
I can’t wait to see her after the show.
