"Did Zhengting do something to his hair?" Justin asked as he sat down at our table.

"Well, after finding out his date to the dance was Chengcheng's sister, he made us drive to the best salon there is and got his haircut," I explained.

"I have to admit, it suits him," Xinchun said, nodding.

"How did you get your sister to come here anyway?" Wenjun asked Chengcheng as the latter was grossily looking at his sister and one of his bestfriends.

Chengcheng was still hanging his mouth open, unable to speak. He couldn't believe his eyes. "H-how did she get here?!"

"Wait, you mean you have no idea why your sister is here at all?" Xinchun asked, a bit confused.

I chuckled, "It was Kunkun's idea. Sorry Cheng, but your sister agreed to it, too."

"I feel like puking," Chengcheng whispered, quickly covering his eyes. "Tell me I didn't just see Zhu Zhengting spinning my sister on the dance floor."

Justin chuckled, patting Chengcheng's back, "Oh, you definitely did."

I spotted Vernon and Yoojung on the other table. They were so sweet. Although, Seungkwan is nowhere to be found. I wonder if he found a date -

"Looking for me?" The boy I was looking for suddenly appeared in front of my face.

"Seungkwaniee ~" I squealed, hugging his fluffy body. "Who did you come with?"

"My friends," Seungkwan said as he called out two guys who were roaming around the food table. They walked towards us and smiled. "These are Soonyoung-hyung and Seokmin-hyung,"

"But they call us -" Seokmin suddenly exclaimed.

"Boo!"

"Seok!"

"Soon!"

All three of introduced themselves, with a pose. I literally don't know what to say, "Uhm, nice to meet you too?"

I hurriedly excused myself because I feel like something's going to happen if I stay with them for too long.

What if they suddenly invite me to join their gang?

"XinBooSeokSoon?" I shivered at the thought as I spotted them again, waving their hands at me.

"Xinyi!" I heard my name being called out by Doyeon. She just arrived with Changbin who was looking good in a suit.

I smirked, "Nice outfit, Changbin. You know, this is the first time I've seen you dressed like that."

Changbin growled, "Don't push it Xinyi." He fixed his bowtie and leaned towards Doyeon. "It looks okay, right? Okay."

Doyeon rolled her eyes, "You've been checking that bowtie out ever since we left the house."

"I wanted to look good for the dance."

"You don't even look good to begin with."

"Says the girl who had to change three times because the dress doesn't suit her."

"Seo Changbin!" Doyeon exclaimed. "Do you want to go home with a broken nose?"

Changbin started to walk away, "You can go home first then,"

He left Doyeon with me and she even looks glad. I tapped her shoulders, "Should I be worried that you're happy even though your date just walked out?"

"Nope," Doyeon said, crossing her arms over her chest. "Since we made a deal that both of us are going to tolerate each other's attitude tonight. Whoever gets furious first, is going to buy the winner some snacks."

I raised my eyebrows at them, "You had that kind of agreement?"

Doyeon shrugged, "It's just for fun. And don't worry, Xinyi. Changbin's going to be fine. I promise."

A smile grew on my face because of her assurance, "Thanks, Doyeon. Yoojung and Vernon are over there,"

"Oh, I'm not going there," Doyeon said, moving towards the dessert table, "Where's Xukun?"

I was about to answer when a pair of hands suddenly encircled around my waist. "Why are you moving around so much?"

I giggled at the sound of his breathing near my ear, "I was just making sure that my friends were alright."

"Well, your boyfriend isn't," Xukun put his chin on my shoulders.

"Alright," I removed myself from him and intertwined our fingers together. "Let's dance. Then after that, I'm all yours."

Xukun had a smug look on his face. He nods and faced Doyeon, "Good luck by the way. Changbin told me."

She sent him a thumbs up, "Yeah, I'm gonna need that."

Xukun led me to the dancefloor, putting his hands on my waist and mine around his neck. He pulled me closer as the slow song started playing.

"Xinyi," Xukun whispered, holding on to me tight. "You know how important you are to me, right?"

I slowly nodded, looking at his eyes again. "You're important to me too, Kunkun,"

"I talked to our parents. They told me they'd give us time. They won't push us if we're not ready."

"Well, that's good. No pressure then."

Xukun nods, "No pressure."

We locked eyes again and we started to lean in. He clashed his lips onto mine as I tasted yet another hint of strawberry. I'm pretty sure there was strawberry juice here, too.

What is with Xukun and strawberries all of a sudden?

I tilted my head letting him kiss me deeper. It was the sweetest kiss we shared and we only broke away to show our smiles as we continued to savor the moment.

"Damnit, Xinyi," Xukun whispered putting his forehead on mine. "How could a small girl like you make me feel so much like this?"

I pushed him away. "You know what, you really have nice timing."

He pulled me back, hugging me. "I love you, Zhu Xinyi."

I buried myself in his arms, smelling his perfume, "I love you too, Cai Xukun."
