"Changbin!" I heard Felix, one of his friends, call out from the court. They were warming up to play basketball.

Changbin waved back at him then faced me, "I need to go. You okay staying here?"

I nodded, "Go, your team needs you."

He ruffled my hair and winked before leaving, "But you still need me more."

I chuckled as I watch him ran to his team. I was planning to go back to the room when I saw Ziyi walking towards me.

Oh no. Here we go again.

"Xinyi! I need your help!" He cried out even before he could reach my spot.

"No!" I stood up, crossing my arms. "I don't wanna get in trouble again."

"I-" Before he could finish his sentence, a shriek was heard from behind.

"Ziyi oppa!"

I widen my eyes, "Oppa?"

Ziyi turned around then faced me again, putting his arms on my shoulder, "Babe! Sorry to keep you waiting,"

I'm twice as shocked as the girl who's standing in front of us.

"B-babe?" We both asked.

He looked at me then her, "Yes, babe. This is my girlfriend."

"What are you doing?" I whisper-yelled at him.

"Just go with it, please." He pleads, leaning in to my ear.

I was about to say something when the girl spoke, "Oh, that so? Okay then. Nice meeting you Ziyi-oppa's girlfriend!"

She emphasize the word girlfriend and left.

Well.

That was -

"Ow!" Ziyi exclaimed after I hit him multiple times. "Hey! Hey! Xinyi that hurts! Ouch!"

"Why the hell did you do that? Do you even know who that was?! If the whole school finds out we're dating, you are so dead!"

And not even after a minute that I said that, my phone rang. It was Zhengting.

"What?!" I exclaimed through the phone.

"Are you and Ziyi really in a relationship?"

I gritted my teeth, "No! I will never date this alien psycho!"

"You do know I'm right here?" Ziyi said, tapping my shoulder.

"Shut up you!" I exclaimed and returned to my phone call with Zhengting. "Please, don't start any rumors."

"Oh, I'm not the one who started it."

I groaned and ended the call. I sent Ziyi my deathliest glare, "You better run, Wang Ziyi."

Everyone was looking at me as I passed the hallway. I heard whispers of,

"Didn't she kiss Xukun the other day?"

"And now she's dating the new boy, Ziyi?"

"Slut,"

I forced myself not to say anything because I don't want to get in trouble.

"Hey! If you have nothing better to do, you can shut up!" I heard an unfamiliar voice from behind me.

I looked back and saw Chen Linong. We aren't close but he and Zhengting are friends. Why is he defending me?

"Are you one of her ex-boyfriends?" Park Woojin asked.

Park Jihoon nodded, "Is that why you're defending her, huh, Nong Nong?"

"I- uh -" Nong Nong was stuttering. His pupils were shaking and I don't think I can watch this any further.

"Hey!" I walked back to where he was standing and faced the crowd. "Why are you harrasing a lower year?"

"We were not harrasing. We were just asking," Said the boy with a piercing. He looks a bit scary. "Is it bad to ask, Zhu Xinyi?"

Kim Donghan. One of the most well known bad boys here in school. Trouble will come at you the very moment you step into his life. That was what happened to his last ex-girlfriend. Now she's in jail.

I smiled, "And is it also bad to ask how your girlfriend is doing in jail?"

I saw him clenched his fists, "Maybe you haven't been keeping up with the news but we already broke up."

I pouted, "That's too bad. You two would look great being a happily married couple in prison,"

Donghan raised his fists and was about to hit me when someone stood between us, holding his hand.

"If you wanna hit a girl, hit me instead."

That voice. What? How? But most importanly, why?

I heard Donghan growled and stomped away. Xukun looked at all the other people that were surrounding s and because of his death stares, they started walking away.

He didn't even bother to look at me, and went off on his own. Nong Nong and I looked at each other and decided to follow him.

"Cai Xukun!" I screamed as we walk towards the school garden. "Hey!"

Xukun stopped and faced me. I swear I got scared at that time. I don't understand why but his emotions are all mixed up.

I can see anger, hurt and worry all over his face, at the same time.

"Why?" He muttered, but I don't know who he's talking to. "Why did you do that?"

I blinked. What does he mean? I saved Nong Nong, one of his close friends, from being Donghan's victims and he asks why? "Because they were about to beat Nong Nong to a pulp! And I couldn't let him do that!"

"But still! He was about to hit you, Xinyi. If I hadn't come in between you two, where would Zhengting be right now? Oh right, in the hospital, treating his careless sister."

"Noona, you didn't have to do that." Nong Nong mutters beside me. He's Taiwanese and it's cute how he uses Korean terms to blend in to the culture.

I smiled at him, "I did it because I wanted to."

Xukun sighed, "You're going to really get it someday if you don't -"

I cut him off, "Why do you care anyway? I saved your friend, isn't a thank you enough?"

"If it means you ending up hurt, why would I say thank you?"

"How -" I stuttered and looked at Nong Nong who was being emotionless. "How could you say that in front of him?!"

"Because he knows what I feel!" Xukun exclaimed.

"Then tell me! Tell me how you feel," I choked up, feeling the tears in my eyes. "Because I really don't understand a thing, Xukun. We were inseparable back then. What happened?"

Xukun ignored my question and started walking away, "I only want one thing to happen."

I couldn't hear the words clearly because of the wind but I'm pretty sure he said,

"To get over you."
