"We gotta sleep now" I tell jen after pulling my fingers out of her. "Nooo" she pouts. "We have work" "I'm gonna get grouchy at work if you don't give me more" She says and raises her brows. "You'll be grouchy if you don't get sleep" "I'll go to sleep whenever I wanna fucking sleep" she sasses. The tone she just gave me. Wow..she's never talked to me like that before. I woke up later at 6:30 am. I was right. Jen won't wake up.
"Jennifer wake up"

"We're gonna be late for work"

Sofia and Emme were sitting on the two chairs at the other side of Jens desk while jen was at her desk.
"Leah" Emme calls out "yes?" "Come here" She says reaching her arms out. I carried her and took her seat and she sat on my lap but facing me. "What's that?" She asks and pokes my neck. I didn't know what she meant. Then I realized.

"Nothing just a rash"
"Aw..it's okay Leah you'll be fine" Emme says and then I heard jen giggle from the other side of her computer. She knew and she doesn't care if her child sees what she left on my neck from this morning.
"Why do you have a rash mom?" Sofia asks me. "It's just- my neck itches and it got irritated" "but why?" She asks. Jen giggles even louder and sighs making sure I heard. "what time is your mom coming Jennifer?" "Why? Do you not like when the kids asks you questions?" "No I- I'm just wondering" I said trying to keep my chill. "Hm..probably in 30 minutes" "Okay."
