Leah's pov
I'm thinking more about sending Sofia to take dance with Emme. But maybe after the competition. I wanna see how it's like. Dancing seems fun and I could see my daughter doing it.
But anyways..
Right now Jen and I are dropping off Emme and Sofia at her sisters house. We needed to spend the day together. All we've done is see each other at work and then hang out when the kids are around but I haven't actually had time to have her to myself , she agreed to let them stay there for the day. Not sleep over.
"We will be back by 4 pm" I tell sofia and kiss her cheek. "Okay. Love you" she tells me "love you too" then jen does the same to Emme and we leave. Once we sat down and closed the car doors jen puts her keys in and turns the car on. A song was in the middle of playing. For a few seconds jen went on her phone and I listened to the words as I was waiting for her to get off her phone and start driving.

For some reason that hit me. This whole song just gets me in my feels. Another minute passed then jen puts her phone down and looks at me then grabs me by my chin and kisses me. Perfect timing. I needed that. I guess it hit her too.
"I have you to myself for 4 hours" she says quietly almost whispering against my lips. I smile and kiss her again. "Let's go before the girls wonder why the car is still here" "you're right" she giggles and pulls away and starts to drive.
"I hate to go fun places without Emme..but let's go City walk? At universals."
"Aw..Sofia would love that too but sure."
"Yay!"
Once we got there we were walking through the parking lot close together to the point that our hands accidentally hit each other's. "Whoops sorry" she giggles. "It's okay" I say and she looks down and then suddenly holds my hands locking fingers with mine. Then looks back up at me. I melted. Her hands are cute too. Great now I'm blushing and she noticed.
"You're so cute" she tells me and kisses my cheek and we keep walking.
As we walked around she started swinging her arms with mine like a little child.
"I feel like all we ever do together is eat..but I'm hungry" she tells me. "Me too. Where should we eat?" "I don't know but I need to work out again ugh. I never worked out like I told you I would."
"It's okay. You don't need it"
"I'm getting fat" she pouts "jen the only thing I see that's fat on you is your ass and that's a good thing and you know that."
"But my stomach"
"Who cares?? First of all from what I've seen.. you have abs and completely flat. Second you're gonna still be sexy even if you gain a few pounds."
She bites her lip and smiles "whatever. Thank you..you're not so bad yourself"
"Thanks" I giggle.
We picked a restaurant and ate there for an hour an a half then left and continued walking around again. The best part of this day was that we're holding hands.
"We've got like..2 hours left and there's a movie theater here. Plus I don't know where else to go."
"Let's watch a movie then. Then we could leave at 3:45 to go back to your sisters. We'd be there just 10 minutes late which is fine right?"
"That's exactly what I thought" she smiles widely. I laugh and pinch one side of her cheek and give her a quick kiss.
We bought our tickets and the movie we were going to watch starts in 30 minutes. We decided just to go in the theater now and just relax till it starts.
"Oh recliner chairs!" Jen says letting go of my hand and runs like a child to the middle on top and finds us a seat. Then she screams because her ass almost fell. She's lucky nobody is in here yet. I finally catch up and sit by her.
"Wait..I wanna buy a snack" she says
"We just ate!"
"I told you I eat a lot"
"Okay whatever buy me something too..a soda and nachos" I say and hand her my card. "Nope I'm paying. I'll be back!" She says and walks away going downstairs to the exit. This girl..she's so cute. She acts more childish when she's not with Emme. Then she's all in her mom mode when Emme is around which is so hot. I wonder if it's like that with me..like does she see me as a hot mom?
Later she came back carrying so much. I guess I should've came down with her. But I helped as she went up the stairs.
"Oops. Thanks youu" I tell her. "You're welcome"
We sit down on our chairs and we were already eating. "I'm so glad you still wanted to eat too" jen giggles. "Haha Yeah. Nachos sounded good"
"I feel fat.."
"We could be fat together"
She looks and me and smiles then cups my cheek and then strokes it. Then she leans over and kisses me for a good few seconds. She's more of a messy nasty kisser when it comes to making out and it turns me on. I'm getting goosebumps just from that..plus it's cold in the theater.
She pulls back and licks her lips then sits properly and started to eat. She really eats like...she's not shy to eat in front of me. It's not messy which is good. I know she was shy the first time we ate together but I noticed that she changed slowly since we always go out to eat. I found it funny that one night she was eating a burger in one hand with a soda in another hand and she was eating fast. Also she's a good eater when it comes to eating my..well you know..
