I've got even more time so I can publish twice a day! :)))
"C'mon Will, you can reach him!" Nico insisted, head in hands.
Harpies were up in the sky, surrounding Percy, Nico and Will, but weren't low enough to be killed off. They only came low when they wanted to eat their food, so the boys hadn't eaten food for days. Archery was their only hope, but Will wasn't fast enough.
"Your aiming is impeccable," Percy groaned, "but you can't set up your bow and arrow quickly enough."
Will sat down. defeated. Harpies flew above them, as if to tease them.
Will had a better aim than Frank himself, but was too slow. If only Will could shoot the arrows without using a bow.
Wait a minute.
"Will!" He shouted, getting up excitedly. "Do you have a knife?"
"Yeah..." He said, pulling out a small knife that was covered in silver paper.
"Throw it to one of the harpies."
"What, like knife throwing?" Percy asked, looking at Nico.
"Exactly like knife throwing." Nico grinned.
"My Gods, Nico, you're a genius." Percy smiled.
Will looked up, his beautiful blue eyes squinting as he looked up directly into the sun.
His eyes squinting to the sun, Nico meant, not beautiful ones.
Will clasped his knife and threw it to a harpie at an alarming rate. It hit a harpie and it dropped to the floor with a thud, knife still embedded into its body. The other harpies flew away in fear. Nico picked up the knife, wiped off the knife with a cloth and handed it back to Will.
"Guess we found your talent." Nico said.
Will looked overjoyed and pulled Nico into a hug.
"I'm not utterly useless anymore!" He smiled.
"What is this?"
"Affection."
"Ew." Nico gimmicked, looking at Percy for support. Percy just winked and mouthed: 'go get him tiger'.
Everyone is trash.
They sat down to eat in what felt like forever. Percy pulled out the plates and enjoyed mashed potatoes with lamb and a cup of blue Fanta. Will was eating a bunch of green muck on top of green spaghetti and water.
Whoever thought it was a good idea to bring health freaks into spaghetti deserves to live in the Fields of Punishments.
Nico started to eat his crackers with cheese when Will quickly stopped him.
"We haven't eaten in a day and you're eating this?" Will remarked, flicking the crackers off his plate.
"What the-"
On the plate emerged a chicken leg with roasted potatoes and a mango smoothie.
"You need protein," Will told him, handing back the plate, "now eat up."
Nico glared at Will, but started to eat. His belly was used to virtually no food, so this felt like her was being force fed to eat a mountain of hot dogs. Finishing the food seemed like he would burst, but he ate for Will's sake.
"I would've preferred water." Nico remarked, drinking his rich mango smoothie.
"I thought I wasn't your type." Percy frowned.
