Girls are so much better than boys.

Piper was so scared to go Jason, she left it for weeks and weeks too late. She thought she'd just get over it but, pacing up and down, trying to see what she could do about Jason, showed that a month was a month too long. Call her obsessed, she could not care less. Letting go of Jason like that? Impossible.

What would Annabeth do?

To be fair, killing Jason wasn't an option.

"Oi Drew!" Piper called. A tall girl who was applying makeup turned around.

"What?"

"I'm going for a while. Capture the flag's soon so follow the plan."

Piper threw her a sheet of paper and Drew scowled.

"Also, your foundation's so dark it looks like you're doing black-face. And if you dare not follow this plan, I will find out. And I will mess up all your clothes and make-up."

"Ugh! I hate you!" Drew groaned.

Piper blew her a kiss and stormed out of her cabin. Her healing class was about to begin (which Will was supposed to be hosting but, per usual, he was busy. Did that guy never take a break?), so she needed to escape. Pronto. Not long after, she found the Hephaestus cabin.

She opened the door and let herself in, ignoring all the dirty demigods working on their own projects.

"Hey, Beauty Queen! Kinda busy!" Leo told her, shirtless and holding a chainsaw. Leo recovered quicker than expected so he was allowed to leave a week earlier that expected.

"What does a chainsaw have to do with you not wearing a shirt?" Piper enquired, although not sure whether she wanted to know the answer or not.

A very buff girl with her ginger hair in a ponytail looked up to Piper, her eyes darting around as if there were new possible inventions wherever she looked. "Leo's been taking selfies without a top whilst his chainsaw was operating."

"You're a mess." Piper informed him.

"Don't need to remind me." Leo saluted back, putting down his chainsaw.

"Now, we're going Camp Jupiter so I can get Jason back. And you're coming."

"Okay." Leo started to walk towards her.

"But you need a shirt."

"Oh yeah." He retreated from Piper and went to put on the nearest shirt he could find.

"You." She said, pointing to the girl she was talking to. "Lead the cabin whilst Leo's gone. By the way, your hair has so much volume. I love it."

"Thank you!" She grinned, her freckles seeming to dance. "I use John Freida volume shampoo. It works wonders."

"I need to get some. My hair's super drab-"

"Piper! If you wanted to talk about girl stuff you should've taken Annabeth!" Leo told her, crossing his arms. He was wearing a plan, long sleeved white top.

"You're right. See you..."

"...Bethany."

"Bye Bethany! Bye Hephaestus's cabin!" Piper waved and they waved back. She grabbed Leo's slim arm and left the cabin in the manner she went in.

So, storming off.

"You can't just leave without Chiron's permission."

"He's playing Snooker with Mr D at the moment. Nico checked for me."

"Ah." Was all Leo could say as Piper went to look for Festus. He was playing with a massive, golden sphere. Piper looked at Leo with confusion.

"What? You're the one that doesn't let him turn off."
