Practice Makes Perfect

After Ana's story, Hachi was excited to see if she could use her powers outside of her transformation state. So after Ana left, Hachi ran inside and went to the bathroom. Ren followed her not sure of what she was going to do.

"Okay," Hachi mumbled. "I can do this."

She concentrated on the tub and stuck her hand out toward the facet. Just as she felt something was about to happen with the faucet there was a knock on the bathroom door.

"Hachi?"

It was her mother.

"Who else would it be, mom?"

"You have a visitor. He said he knows you from school."

"Okay, I will be right out."

Hachi sighed dropped her hand to her side and walked to the door. When she opened it she was expecting to see her mother but who she really saw was the new kid that transferred into her school and class two weeks and ever since then a lot of people in her school have been hospitalized. Hachi always got a bad feeling about him and didn't want anything to do with him.

"How did you know where I lived?" Hachi asked scared.

"I asked the teacher, I told her that you dropped something and that I wanted to return it before you missed it." He replied.

"I know that I didn't drop anything today."

"Ohh, I know that too."

Hachi backed back into the bathroom. "What do you want with me?"

"Nothing much, just all of your energy."

Hachi gulped, and then looked at the faucet on the sink. She held out her hand toward it –as if she were going to reach for it– then moved her hand in the direction of the kid very fast. After she did water burst out of the faucet and went towards the guy. It hit him and Hachi ran and closed the door after the water stopped.

"Ren call the girls," Hachi ordered him as she pulled out her star pendant.

"Okay."

"Cancer Star Prism Power, Make–Up!" Hachi whispered not wanting to give herself away to the kid.

Ren jumped in the tub than jumped out holding something in his mouth. He slid it on the floor to the now transformed Hachi.

"That will help you contact each other. I would have given it to you guys earlier but I wanted to wait until all of you were together, but I forgot. I also didn't expect that they would start attacking people in their homes."

There was another knock on the door.

"Hachi?"

It was her father this time.

"Why is there water all over the floor? We need to..."

THUD

CRASH

BAM

"He attacked my family? Now, this is personal!" Hachi said throwing open the door walking out. "How dare you hurt innocent people?"

She was in the living room by then and her family was lying on the floor out cold. The kid turned and when he did he changed into a monster.

The monster laughed. "Ohh, so you were the one with the high energy rating in this house. This families energy was good but not as good as yours will be." He turned and looked out the window and laughed again. "Ahh and I can feel some more running straight for us."

"You will pay for attacking this innocent family. I am Sailor Cancer, and I fight for hope, love, and justice. And in the name of the stars, I will stardust you!"

"Don't forget about us, Sailor Cancer." Came a voice from behind her.

Hachi turned and smiled at her fellow scouts.

"I will stardust you too!" said Eleaya. "I am Sailor Gemini!"

"Me too!" Ra–Ra said. "I am Sailor Leo!"

"Same here!" said Ana. "Sailor Taurus!"

The monster laughed, "In your dreams!"

"Ocean..." Hachi started.

"Splitting..." Ana said with her.

"Solar..." Ra–Ra also said with them.

"Currents!" Hachi finished.

"Earthquake!" Ana finished.

"Flare!"Ra–Ra finished.

All three of their powers merged and made a hole in the ground under the monster that has had boiling hot water in it like a geyser.

The monster fell in. "Gaa, it burns." He cried climbing out of the water.

"I can cool you down, but only a little," Eleaya said taking out the daggers that Ren gave her. "Hurricane Winds!"

A huge wind knocked the monster on its ass, giving Hachi enough time to pull out the star scepter.

"Star Light Shower!" Hachi shouted.

And with a burst of golden light, the monster was killed and all that was left was a pile of stardust. But Hachi just turned to Ana.

"I did it! Ana, I did it!" Hachi said hugging her.

Ana was pushing her off when Ra –Ra asked. "Did what?"

"I used my power, outside of my transformation form, just like Ana can." Hachi replied to her with a silly grin.

"What?!" Eleaya and Ra–Ra gasped.

"Really now?" Ana asked. "I want to see. I figured you would drown everyone in your house before you got the hang of it."

Hachi transformed back to normal while walking to the bathroom –which was soaking wet with water everywhere from when she used it to attack the monster–, the girls' right behind her. She started to move her hands around in a circle in the air and all the water started to gather in one spot, forming a bubble in the middle of the room. She turned to where she was facing the tub and started to walk toward it the water bubble moving with her. When the bubble was over the tub she stopped and dropped her hands to her side and the water fell into the tub.

"See?"

"Cool and you learned to do that after I left?" Ana asked her.

"Yeah, it's easy. All you got to do is concentrate on what you want your element to do." Hachi replied.

"It took me a year to learn that and it took you what? Thirty minutes?" asked Ana.

"Yeah, but I had to rush to learn it to save my ass. You didn't."

"True."

"We want to learn to do that too!" Eleaya and Ra–Ra cried.

"Well, practice makes perfect," Hachi started.

"So practice." Ana finished.

"But before that," Ren said. "Your communicators, you'll need them after what happened today."

"Well, at least they are keeping us on our toes." Hachi joked.

"Yeah." Eleaya said rolling her eyes.

"Hey, I just remembered. You have a new attack." Ra–Ra spat at Eleaya.

"Yeah, I guess I do." Eleaya smiled.

They all walked out of the bathroom and Hachi opened the front door for them as they all walked out they made plans to learn to control their powers outside of their transformed state and Eleaya and Ra-Ra made sure to practice on their own so they weren't as far behind Ana and Hachi as they already where.
