It's been almost a week since the Connor kiss.

Nothing has happened. We aren't a thing. We aren't dating. We're just friends.

"Good morning." I say when I enter the kitchen.

'Hey Ash!" Ricky replies, cheery as always.

    "Feeling any better?" Kian asks.

"About Jc leaving? Yeah, I guess. I mean I don't miss him as much." I say, grabbing a waffel.

    "That's good." Ricky tells me.

    "How was VidCon?" I ask.

VidCon just ended yesterday. I was living in the O2L house alone for four days.

"Good. We met so many fans, but our meet ups are getting really out of control and I feel bad for the fans." Kian tells me.

    I nod, "Was Jc there?"

Ricky hesitates, but then answers, "No."

    "Oh." I mutter out.

"He didn't really tell us he wasn't coming. He just didn't show up. The fans were so confused, but we just told them he's been sick." Kian tells me.

    I nod.

"Don't worry about him." Ricky says.

"I'm really not sure I should still live here. You know, since Jc and I aren't dating." I say.

"But we're all friends now!" Kian answers, shocked.

    "I know, I know." I say.

"We can't just dump you on the streets!" Ricky chimes in.

"Well while you guys were gone, I started talking to Kate again and I could always go live with her." I answer.

"You mean the phsyco girl you moved to LA with last summer? The one who had sex with the guy who broke into your apartment?" Kian questions. He almost sounds angry.

"Yes her. She used to be my best friend." I defend.

"Ashley, I don't think this is a good idea." Ricky states.

"I mean maybe I should just go back to Michigan. I mean it's almost July. I probably still have time to apply to some colleges and start next fall." I tell them.

"I thought you told Jc you didn't want to go to college?" Kian questions.

"I didn't because I wanted to stay with Jc, but we're broken up now. I took a year off and I obviously have to go to school sometime. I mean I practically lost all my subscribers. I haven't posted for months. It's for the best." I explain, tears forming in my eyes. I don't want to leave the boys or California, especially on this short of notice. But I know it would be good for me, my family, and them whether they like it or not.

"So you're leaving?" A voice asks from behind me.

I turn around to see Connor and I nod.

"When do you leave?" Connor asks.

"I don't know. I'll probably call my mom tonight and have her help me arrange a flight back home." I say.

"You really don't have to." Ricky tells me again.

"I really do." I say back.

"Well you seem pretty serious about moving and all, so I don't think there is really a point in trying to make you stay. You're always welcome back." Kian says.
