Chapter 9 : Confrontation

*Langston's POV*

Its Monday , and i'm ready to tell thiss nigga Kev off. Nobody could tell me anything today. My blood was rushing to my head . I was gonna wait for Taliah but after what happened the other day, i changed my mind and juss walked to school by myself.

"iight mom, im leavin'." I said grabbin my stuff and head for the door.

"See you later!" She said before i left.

I walked to school mad as hell. Kev thought he was gonna get away with something like this? Hell naw. Especially when its happening to one of my closest friends . I walked into the school and he was standing in front of Taliah &she looked petrified .

"Ayo Kev, come here." i said.

He mumbled to Taliah "Don't fuckin' move. I'm not playin'" then walked over to me . "Wassup Bro !"

He had his hand out ready for a handshake. "Nah I'm good. Buy Aye, why you hittin' Taliah like she some fuckin' animal?"

"Man i don't got time for this . It's none of your business"

"It is my business, now answer ! Why the fuck you hittin her !?" i said yelling

He chuckled like this shit was funny.

"Oh you laughin' ! Ain't nothin' ever been the fuck funny!" i said getting angrier than i already was.

"It is though, 'cause you don't get it." he chuckled again. "You knew i liked Bri and you still went out with her! You took her from me &made me hurt, now imma take Taliah &make BOTH of yall hurt !" He reached his hand up and tried to hit Taliah.

She screamed, dropped her books and started running. I was tired of hearing this nigga mouth. I threw a punch making him fall to the ground but he got up quick and swong back. We started smashing each other into lockers then i managed to make him fall &i just kept punchin' the shit outta him. everybody in the hallway was just watching us and egging us on. I don't know who it was but somebody pulled me off to the side. I just ran off to go find Taliah. I ran through the hallways looking for her. I ran pass Mr. Peterson's room then turned the corner then all i saw was black.

*Alisa's POV*

Haven't talked to Julian since what happened. And i haven't talked to RaeRae either -.- but i don't wanna talk to her, she supposed to be my bestfriend -___- smh. But i was sitting on the couch in the living room sick &talking to my cousin Mona on the phone telling her my situation.

"Well I mean if he ran after you, then you should atleast give him another chance." she said

"I don't know, Mo." I said then sighing. "You don't know how angry I was seeing him , with my own Bestfriend !"

"Damn, Well, you gotta do what you gotta do."

"Yupp."

"Imma talk to you later. I'm coming up there in like 2 weeks."

"Okay, bye."

We both hung up &i was just watching TV & then the doorbell rang.

"Coming !" I yelled as i got off the couch.

They kept ringing the bell over and over.

"I Said I'm Coming !" I said walking over to the door and opening it "Stop Before You Break My Damn -"

Julian . . .

"Can i come in?" He asked ,

"It's nothing wrong with your legs, you can stand right there." I said sniffling

"What?" He said making a confused face. "Can I come in, please ?"

I just stood there giving him a "Are you serious right now?" face. I eventually sighed &let him in. He walked pass me and sat down on the couch.

"What do you want?" I said sitting on the other couch closer to the window.

"To talk."

"There's nothing to talk about. What's done is done." I said crossing my legs and looking at him.

He sucked his teeth, jumped up and said "Yo, what's your problem !? You see me sitting here tryna talk and you wanna act like this !"

"You're not understanding!"

"I been trying to say sorry ! but you never wanted to pick up your fuckin' phone !"

"You really don't get it, do you !? Do you really think imma just be like 'oh yeah i forgive you' right after !? NO . Do you not realize that I saw YOU , with HER !? My BESTFRIEND ! That shit is the worse feeling ever seeing your boyfriend and you bestfriend like that !" I yelled getting up off of the couch.

"I Saidddddd, I Was Sorry !" He Said yelling

"Whatever Julian ! You can keep saying you're sorry ! But that aint proving shit ! You have to show me !"

"So basically , you sayin' you can't trust me?"

"Right Now ! I dont know !" i said as i flopped back on the couch.

He laughed a bit and said "Okay . If that's how you feel. If you can't trust me then it's no point of me even being here or us even having a relationship ."

"i guess so ."

He chuckled again .

"You guess so? Whatever . I'm out , since you can't trust me. And don't count on me coming back either."

After he said that , he walked out the door &i didn't even stop him .

*DayDay's POV*

*sigh*

Everybody in our entire circle of friends is fighting . Its like we're all falling apart . I don't even know how me &Mia are managing to stay together, i mean everything was going good . But now it's like we don't see each other outside of school. I don't know what's going on but i gotta talk to her. So i called her .

"Hello?" she said

"Mia, listen um we gotta talk."

"okay"

"can you meet me at the park?"

"yeah. I'll see you there"

"alright."

We both hung up then i left the house &walked to the park. When i got there she was already there sitting on one of the swings. I sat next to her on the other one.

"Wassup?"

"You said we had to talk."

"yeah i know."

"DayDay, you can save your breath. I already know"

"I'm sorry"

"It's okay, i understand. Guess we're just not ready to be serious right now"

"i guess so."

We both stood up &she hugged me. I embraced the last hug of our relationship &kissed her on her forehead then we both parted . I turned around and she was halfway up the block. I turned back around and continued walking. Then all of a sudden i heard a loud screech and people screaming .

"Oh my goodness !"

"Somebody help !"

"Call An Ambulance !"
