"Eggman's army is unstoppable. Without Sonic, everyone's giving up into hope and despair." Vector commented, walking in the room.
Silver shook his head. "Despair is a luxury we don't have." He said.
Amy quickly looked away, clasping her hands together. "I dream... that Sonic is always with us. Do... do you think he might be...?" She was quickly cut off by Silver.
"Amy, I'm an optimistic, but also a realist. Sonic is gone... and Tails? Tails just lost it." Silver started, shaking his head again.
"We're just going to have to win this war without them."
"Silver's right." Espio said, walking up from the sidelines. "We've been waiting six months for a miracle, we're just going to have to make one ourselves." He said.
Charmy flew in. "Hey! But not everyone's scared right? Don't we have a new recruit, coming in? From the city...?"
Amy nodded. "That's right, I'll show you the file now."

"Good to see you all alive." Knuckles replied. "Eggman's forces forcefully chewed through our defenses in Green Hill Zone," he stopped and looked up at the screen which held your file.
"The system is confirming that whatever took down Sonic..." Amy looked down in despair.
Knuckles turned to her, sadness flickering in his eyes. "...sorry, still not used to saying that. Whatever it is, has got them running in fear."
The door opened, revealing a young (f/a). "All except this brave kid."
You walked in, your eyes determined. Knuckles patted your back roughly, causing you to stumble forward. Charmy quickly flew over, looking at you up and down.
"She doesn't look like much..." He commented, causing you to quickly scowl at him.
"Neither do you Charmy, but still find a use for your pointy butt." Knuckles replied, causing you to giggle.
Charmy looked at the forth wall and scratched his head. "Teehee."
Knuckles grabbed a Wispon. "Here kid, take this." He said handing it to you.
You quickly shook your head and handed it back to him. "No thank you. I got this," You summoned your (f/w), it glowing a (f/c) aura.
Knuckles blinked in surprise before shaking it of. "Well, anyway, we're depending on you."
You nodded and glanced at the rest.
"Alright, everyone... the world isn't going to save itself."
