Infinite had you by neck, the world was blurring around as all you could do was stay there limp, wounded and afraid. "(Y/N)! I'm coming, hold on tight!" The blue blur said from underneath you. Your enemy growled before roughly grabbing your left arm with his free hand.
All you could do was let the tears stream down your face as you screamed a blood curling scream. Infinite chucked as he watched you suffer underneath his hand. "You're weak...I don't even know why you came to fight me." He said, smirking under the mask that hid his true identity.
You gasped for any amount of air hungrily and shook from underneath him. "I...wanted to avenge...my friends." You croaked. Your vision was taken from you quickly and you entered a state of unconsciousness.
"(Y/N)! You monster!" Sonic yelled, glaring up at Infinite with emerald green eyes. The enemy simply shrugged before he clenched his head in with his hand. "Why you insolent (a/t)..." He growled. He harshly threw your limp body towards the blue hedgehog and quickly flew off.
Sonic caught you and quickly began to run his fingers through your (h/c) hair. He softly smiled to himself, now noticing how cute you looked laying in his arms.

Everything around you was like a white void. You grew impatient as nothing changed. Throbbing pain hit you like a wildfire and you fell to your knees.
"I'm sorry I wasn't fast enough (Y/N)..."
*sniffle* *sniffle*
"I wish I were bruised instead of you."
You raised your head, your (f/c) ears swiveling around to hear this voice better.
*sniffle*
"I just want to see your sparkling (e/c) eyes again."
Tears welled up in your eyes. "S-Sonic..." You whimpered.

Your body shifted in Sonic's arms, causing the blue blur to comb his fingers through your hair once again. "(Y/N), I thought I lost you..." He whispered and help your body close.
