PETER'S POV

*One Week Later*

Alex has forbidden me from seeing his daughter outside of their house while I'm resting. He said he doesn't trust me and my teenage mind. I miss Brooke a lot. I've tried to convince my parents to let me move downstairs so I can hang out with Brooke where we're not in my room. They don't want to move me while I'm still resting and I can't leave the house, so I basically can't see Brooke at all. She's also grounded from her phone so I can't even talk to her.

I heard a knock on my window, making me jump. My window started to slide open and my heart started to race. I really should've locked it.

"Peter." A voice whispered.

"B-Brooklynne?"

"Yeah, can I come in?"

"S-Sure." She opened the window the rest of the way and moved he blinds so she could climb in.

"You really should lock your window." She said, closing my window but not locking it.

"What are you doing here?"

"I snuck over here because I missed you."

"Brooklynne! Are you crazy? Your dad is going to kill both of us!"

"Come on, aren't you happy to see me? Haven't you missed me?" She askd, sitting on my bed.

"Of course, I've missed you like crazy, but I don't want either of us getting in trouble." She leaned in and kissed me, placing her hand on the back of my head.

"Now is it worth getting in trouble?"

"Maybe." I said with a small smile, biting my lip.

"I love your smile." She said.

"I love you." I said, pulling her close to me.

"No I love you." She said, tracing my jawline with her finger.

"No I love you." I said, kissing her nose. This went on for about a minute and ended in us kisisng. I was glad to have my girl back in my arms.

TORI'S POV

I opened the door to see Alex and Jessica.

"He-"

"Where's my fucking daughter?" Alex hissed.

"Ale-" Jessica started, grabbing onto his arm.

"No, where's my fucking daughter? I know she's here." He said, shaking his arm out of her grip.

"What are you talking abou-"

"Don't give me that shit, where is she?" He asked, getting closer to me.

"We don't know where you're fucking daughter is! Now get out of my wife's face."

"She snuck out of her room and we can't think of anywhere'd she go except here. Can you please just check?" Jessica asked politely.

"Fuck that shit, they're hiding her. I'm going to check myself." Alex said, pushing past me.

"Alexander WIlliam Gaskarth!" Jessica exclaimed.

"Hey man, you can't just come into my house uninvited!" Austin yelled.

"Fuck off Carlile. I need to get my daughter away from your demon spawn, I know she's here."

"YOU'RE DEAD!" Austin screamed, trying to run up the stairs after Alex but I caught him.

"You're just going to make this worse. Now go sit on the couch and I'll call you if I need you."
