She dives in
And drowns in herself
Her head is under
But her mind is still on the shore
Hair swimming around her
Like uncontrollable thoughts
She let's the water take her
Escapes the other ones
Down here
Voices can't be heard
In the water
You can't see things that hurt
She closes her eyes
The world already a blur
The darkness consumes her
Body continues down
She lies in the darkness
The bottom of the sea
Her soul isn't sinking
Though she remains still
