Black .

Realxing , that's what i felt when i saw my reflection on the mirror . Today i was diffrent , and it was a good diffrent , somehow today i was glowing . i won't overreact  i think like somegirls ' oh maybe i'ts just the makeup ' , this was love it's diffently Love .

And again i was trapped in the picture in front of me or the color of it . Black was never my color , it always remind of darkness , pain . the pain that i was trapped in , wearing it's like wearing the darkness that surrond me and you know what ? , i looked good so this pain fits me just right .

" Penny for your thoughts ? . " Adam walked in my room looking so handsome in a suit , he clean up nice .

" Do you think i look good ? . " I wasn't really looking for an answer , I didn't really care if i look good , but i wanted is black really for me .

" You always do my beloved sister . " , he kissed my forhead like he was reassuring me , like magic he always knew what was going on my head and lately i can't hide it anymore , i'm tired of hiding i have to let people in , i can't do it alone anymore .

" Thank you , adam . " , i took a deep breath and i let all the toughts sink in so i can get out .

" By the way , adam . it's not too late for bring a date . " 

" and who do you mean exactly by a date ? . "

" Adam , you know exactly who am i talking about . " , adam was about to protest but i couldn't take it anymore if i can help myself at leat i have to be there for the people that i love .

" Listen adam you guys wasted too much time already , i know that you are in love with and adam i don't blame you , belle is a gorgeos girl in and out , give one good reason why you guys you aren't togheter ? "

" Well , she doesn't love me i can't force her . "

" Oh my poor adam , do you really think that . well , maybe at first she didn't at first but now my dear you need to start noticing things . and i think you girl is bumped right now because her stupid boy don't feel her love her . "

Maybe i was hurting but i'm not blind when annabelle told she think she is falling for someone i knew it was adam , because she talks about him or look at him i see all the love in her and i knew because i was a lover too .

adam was in a lost , he couldn't talk . but what do you do when the person who you loved the most or apparently the only person you loved in your life loves you back ? , adam wasn't really doing a great job by standing here like an idiot .

" Didn't you hear a word that i just said . GO . " , this boy didn't hesitate for a second he was just waiting for the order .

I was sitting on the front porch right now waiting for my prince charming A.K.A alex . and again i was sitting here in the darkness the color black went to my heart today and slowly i am getting used to it , preparing for what's coming .

" Hey , princess . "

" Hey , dad . you look good . "

" Look who is talking , what 's all this beauty for ? or wait a second let me rephrase my question . who's this beauty for ? . "

" Oh my god , dad . stop it , why i can' t be beautiful for myself ? . "

" Well , of course you can . but today i know that my princess is waiting for prince charming . "

my prince charming , but those exist only in fairytales . but my life was no fairytale .

" He is just friend , from college . His name is alex , Alex starrford . "

" Wow , he is leonardo starrford son , right ? "

" Yes , he is . "

" But , lills those guys .... . " , i already know what going on in my head . he is thinking that alex is just one of those rich bastards who are carless and live their life to the fullest but i knew better . alex was lore than that .

" Dad , alex is not like that i assure you . yes , he is one of the richest boys here but believe me he is nothing like that . actually , sometimes when i look at him i don't understand him , he is so deep like this world is not fit for him , and dad when he treat me i feel like I am the only girl he sees in this world . he saved me from this worls , from this pain , he is my hero . "

dad gave a long look with a deep emotions , actually this was the deepest conversation i've ever had with my dad . he gave a look telling me ' but he is not muslim ' , i think actually my dad din't care for the fact that he is not muslim like he didn't want me to get through the same thing as he and mom .

" Lills , will you be okay ? . "

" I will dad , i'm good at this . " , and with his smile i knew that my answer was everthing he was looking for . 

my moment with my dad was interrupted by alex arrival . he as well was wearing a black suit , well i guess black is really the color of the night , and god he was a prince charming .

" hey , beautiful . you look gorgeos as ever . " 

alex face flesh red when he saw my dad behind me , and i can tell he was nervous . oh my god it was like boyfriend meeting the girlfriend parent , for a second this picture was a beautiful . 

" H - hey Mr . hakimi . " , alex shook my father's hand so firmly that it turned red , man he was nervous .

" And you must be alex . " , dad looked all serious , but i knew he was just pretending i can see him holding his smile .

" Yes , sir alex . alex starrford , nice to meet you , sir . " and by that alex shook  my father hand again .

" Oh , i'm sorry sir i didn that didn't I . i don't know why i'm being like that , oh my god lills help me . " the last sentence was meant to be a whishper but i'm pretty sure everyone heard it , and my dad lost it he was laughing now .

" Oh my god , alex . relax , you look so nervous . do you think after everything you did for my daughter , i'm gonna act all serious and grumpy with you . after what lillia told me i feel already like i have a son . thank you for taking care of my daughter , son . "

" Nothing to mention , sir . she important to me as much she is to you . " , after that alex gave his one of famous look like he was telling me believe every word i say because it's all real , and i'm already falling for these words .

" Sir , i know i didn't ask earlier but now that i have a chance i want to make this formal , would you please let me take lillia for the gala ? . "

If people heard alex they would think he is old fashioned but i knew better , alex respected me and above all he respected my religion , he knew my dad approval was important for me . he is just trying to make things in the right way .

" She is all yours , go children have fun . " , and that was our cue .

when we were making our way to the car alex held my hand and i let it slide these rare moment were so important to cherich .

" Did i say you look amazing tonight ? "

" You did , but it won't hurt to hear it more often . "

" Well , i'm gonna say till you beg for me to stop . " , and do i dare to stop the few beautiful moments in my life ? 

" Alex , we are wearing the same color . "

" I noticed , i think black is our color . "

Black isn't pain anymore , it isn't darkness anymore . Black was the new hope .

it is our color .
