"Have courage and be kind."
Says the one with the heart of gold
While her precious stones slip through her fingers in no time;
But yet she remains strong and bold."Have courage and be kind."
Laughed her step mother and sister
In the kitchen, her they bind
'You can never find a mister.'"Have courage and be kind."
And yet she was not allowed to go the The Ball
Tearing her dress away, knowing not what to find,
Crying her eyes out for the Godmother to give a call."Have courage and be kind."
And there's the lovely carriage
She hoped on, went off and shined
Was there to be a marriage?"Have courage and be kind."
Waltzing the prince fell in love.
The clock struck midnight and it wind
Where is the sleeping dove?"Have courage and be kind."
But the prince was frantic!
The owner of the glass slipper was to find
The step sisters being all dramatic..."Have courage and be kind."
With the lavenders green
The song flew in by
And the girl was to find..."Have courage and be kind."
With the moment the three dreading
The whole town happily dined
And that's how was the wedding!~Priya K.
