Harry, Ron and Hermione took James Sirius Potter to the room of requirement where they thought of what they needed, a room to interrogate. James Sirius was still out cold when they put him in a hard metal chair in the middle of the room. His head was dangling at an odd angle against his shoulder. Hermione performed a spell to wake him up but even still it took him a couple minutes to come to his senses.
"Really? You stunned me?" James Sirius said with a sigh as he tried to stand up but instead found ropes binding him to the back of the chair.
"Yes, now your going to answer some questions for us," Hermione stated as she reached into her pocket where he fingers closed around a small vile of veritiserum.
"No, I'm not- wait is that veritiserum?" James Sirius asked once again turning pale. He knew if that liquid reached his mouth he would reveal far more then what was safe to.
"Yes you are and yes it is," Hermione told him with a stern look. Hermione approaches him and as she was about to poor the vile into his mouth the vile burst. It had been one of those unplanned magical events that normally occurred when you were young. Although sometimes it still happened when you were excited or happy, this was however all the Veritiserum in Hermione's possession.
"What happened?" Ron demanded looking between Hermione and James Sirius.
"He used wandless magic," Hermione mumbled staring at the boy in awe. "normally it stops immediately after you turn eleven, you have to train yourself to be able to do after that."
(I know this isn't true but it adds to the plot.)
It was true James Sirius had trained himself to perform wandless magic. He could handle it every once in a while if he focused but most of the time it come when he is afraid. He was afraid when Hermione Jean Granger approached him with that bottle of veritiserum.
"So?" James Sirius demanded staring at his young aunt.
"Is that even possible to learn?" Ron asked his intelligent best friend who was still staring at James Sirius. In all honest James Sirius didn't blame them for wanting answers, he wanted to tell them he really did but he knew he couldn't tell them at least not yet.
"Yes," James Sirius stated. "How did you learn how to do that?" Hermione asked in amazement."I am not prepared to disclose that information at this time, please try again later,"  James Sirius told them as he stared at Hermione. James Sirius focused all his energy on one thing, ridding the ropes that bound him to the chair. It took him a while before the ropes finally disappeared. "Where is my wand?"
"We're not giving you your wand back until you give us answers!" Harry told him and anger flashed cross James Sirius's face.
"Please, just give me my wand. I'll tell you in the future when I have more answers. I said this yesterday I don't know anything and I am not a Death Eater or Voldemort! So please stop harassing me it's messing with my schedule," James Sirius said in a false calm voice.
"You called him Voldemort, the only people I've ever heard call him that is Dumbledore and myself," Harry said in amazement.
"What would you rather I call him Tom?" James Sirius answered before he could stop himself. The trio went slack jawed, almost no one knew that Tom Riddle was actually Lord Voldemort.
"How did you know that?" Harry demanded. Jame Sirius decided to play the ignorance card.
"Know what?" James Sirius asked looking at Harry in an 'I won't tell you anything' kind of look. "can I please just have my wand?"
"Not unless you answer one question," Hermione told him trying to play the cards he dealt, however it's hard to play cards that keep disappearing.
"It depends, what's the question?" James Sirius answered in a hesitant voice.
"Would you like to put this pass stuff behind us and you can tell us everything when your ready? I think we could be pretty good friends," Harry asked offering his hand for a hand shake. James Sirius was shocked by the offer and he wasn't the only one, Hermione and Ron looked severely taken aback. James Sirius shook his hand, when a sharp pain went up to the left side of his forehead. It felt as if a lightning shaped cut had been cut into his forehead. He dropped to his knees but the pain was gone as soon as it started. Harry, Ron and Hermione stared at him in shock.
"What did you do?" James Sirius asked  as he stood back up.
"We didn't do anything, we promise," Harry told him when his eye's landed on James Sirius's forehead. His eyes widened in surprise.
"What?" James Sirius asked confused.
"Your- your head," Hermione stuttered with her eyes wide.
"What about my head?" James Sirius muttered looking between the three.
"You have my scar," Harry told him.
"Well, I suppose he's found out then. I think it may be time we talked, it's time I answered you questions," James Sirius told them. James Sirius told them everything except for the part that wasn't his his to tell, the part about his grandparents and the Marauders.
"So your my son, and now Voldemort is after you?" Harry asked as he tried to understand everything that James Sirius was telling them.
"I know it's a lot, but that's why I didn't tell you a lot, my father is Harry James Potter and my mother is well, I don't know if I should tell you I think it may expose to much, I wasn't supposed to tell you all that but I think it was worth it," James Sirius finished with a sigh.
"Well, it's a pleasure to meet you," Harry told him and James Sirius grinned, "we'll figure all of this out. Do you think Voldemort knows for sure knows about all this?"
"Why else would I have this big scar!" James Sirius explained while he pulled his hair off of his forehead.
"Is the same thing happening to your siblings?" Hermione asked James Sirius.
"No, it's only me because I'm the oldest," James Sirius answered with a grim smile.
"But your not the oldest? Isn't Teddy the oldest?" Ron said confused
"Actually, Teddy isn't biologically related to me. When he was a baby his parents died, you Harry were his Godfather. He went to his Grandmothers for a year or two when she died unfortunately, then Harry and my Mum got custody. He's my brother, no matter it's by blood," James Sirius told them with a grim expression.
"Please, don't tell my family. My parents, Aunt Hermione, and Uncle Ron all said not to tell them, they'd worry to much," James Sirius told them with a serious expression.
"Okay but you said Aunt Hermione and Uncle Ron are we married? And you said Aunt and Uncle that must mean Harry and Ginny are married," Hermione said as she thought.
"Uh, yes that's correct," James Sirius told them hesitantly.
"You married my sister!" Ron yelled glaring at his friend.
"He hasn't yet so you can't be mad!" James Sirius said defending his father, "Well, Hermione is just like Harry's sister and you married her."
It was going to be a long conversation.
