To love is to respect
Her virtue and views,
To love is to protect
Without letting her have a clue.
To love is to admire
Her flaws and scars,
To love is to desire
To conquest every shard of her torn heart.
To love is to regress
Your arrogance and pride,
To love is to possess
Every second of the moment passing by.
To love is to defend her
From what she can't withstand,
To love is to remember
To never let go of her hand.
To love is to paint
Her with all the hues
To love is to taint
Her night sky with stars, the prettiest of views.
To love is to provoke
Sparks that never fade,
To love is to evoke
A boundless cascade.
To love is to cry with her,
When things don't go all too well,
To love is to die with her,
So together, forever, down there, you both shall dwell.
