The non-existent 'Monster'
Who lived under my bed,
Had never made a single stir,
But on my intense emotions he fed.The eccentrically quite Monster
Had never let out a roar or shriek,
But I received spine-chilling shivers,
As, one night, he grasped from behind,
I admit I did freak.Yet this affectionate Beast
Continued with his many a tender touch,
And many a fervent kiss,
Aye, even I was left shocked with such. Now this amusing Creature
Had turned my fear to dust,
Of bad things he was a tremendous influencer,
As, in my heart, he did evoke lust. The non-existent Monster
Who'dince lived under my bed,
Plays with my leftover innocence,
And now sleeps beside me, instead._______________________________________
