We drove through Holdrege and kept going.

"How much farther?" Sam groaned, blinking in the dawn light.

"Holdrege is about thirty minutes from my home if your going sixty." I glance at the spedomiter. "We're going two hundred. We'll be there soon." I said, an edge to my voice. Sam picked up the map looking at his and made a funny face.

"doubting my knowledge of home, Sammy?" I said evenly.

"I was. But now i know you've got this." He said. Damn right I've got this.

"I grew up here Sam. I was born here. I had dirt clump wars with the boys. I rode horses with my cousins. I played in the mud with my brothers. Hell i even drove these back roads when i was eight. I drove on my daddy's lap since i was five. Sam, I've got this shit handled." I said, not stuttering or pausing for a second.

We drove on as the day woke up, opening it's eyes to our side of the world. The sky slowly turned blue and rhe pinks and oranges of sunrise faded, leaving a bright and cloudless day. I turned down the road that went by the county cemetery and drove a mile to my house. Yes, i grew up half a mile from a cemetery. I'm not scared of ghosts. There's one in my house even. He knocked from the inside of my closet door once. It made me nervous but after that i didn't scare easy. I pulled into the driveway and looked at the clock. It was eight thirty and my little brothers and sisters were probably just waking up. If the vampires hadn't gotten here first. I parked the impala and Dean's head rose and so did his hand. He wiled the drool off his face and blinked, squinting in the light. He looked around and saw the big driveway and the pens with cows and calves.

"Are we here?" Dean groaned, stretching his arms out, smacking Sam in the face. Sam just sighed and moved away. I got out of the impala, slilping into my cowboy boots. I ran up the walk to the porch and swung the door open. I walked in, automatically kicking off my boots next to the door. My dad's truck and my mom's suburban was still is the driveway so they hadn't left. I walked through the hallway and into the kitchen. I heard the door open and looked behind me to see Dean and Sam step in. I put my finger up to my lips, saying shh and pointed at their shoes. They kicked them off and then followed me quietly. I walked into the living room, dreading to see it. But there were no bodies. There was no smell. Only the very loud snoring of my dad and the footsteps of my siblings running down the stairs to wake up mom for breakfast.

"Get off of me! Give me two minutes to get the hell out of bed and then I'll make pancakes." Mom exclaimed. I giggled quietly. Nothing has changed. I turned and pointed at Sam and Dean. I made a fake gun with my hands and make the action of putting it away. They did as they were told and just stood there. Mom came out of her room and froze.

"Sara?" She asked quietly, unsure. "Is that you?"

"Who else would it be, mama?" I asked. She put her hand over her mouth. My siblings saw me and ran towards me. I crouched down to give them all hugs and kisses.

"Ohh i missed you! -John, don't you dare put that in my hair-" i huged them all quickly but fiercely. I stood up and looked at mama.

"The police called me and said that you had been robbed and then disappeared. They didn't know where you went. Only where you last were. I was so worried!" She ran forward and hugged me tightly. I hugged her even harder and almosg picked her up. I let go of her and she wiped the tears running down her face.

"And who are these handsome young men?" She asked, gesturing towards Sam and Dean.

"This is Sam and Dean. They're brothers and they gave me a ride home. We're also really good friends now and I'm going to travel the country with them." I said.

"Oh. Well, thank you for giving my baby girl a ride home safely." She walked up and hugged Dean around the waist. He looked startled. Hesitantly, he wrapped his arms around her. She's only a few inches taller than me, so the top of her head stopped at his armpits. Sam was standing next to him smirking. But then that smirk whiped off his face real quick when mom turned to him, going in for a hug. Now it was Dean's turn to smirk. He walked over to me and bent over, putting his mouth next to my ear.

"Your family rocks." He said quietly. I smiled.

"Ya. They really do." Then all five of my siblings started talking to Sam and Dean, John talking the most. He was a talker. He would ask questions about anything and everything. He was the kind of kid who wasn't scared to say or do anything. Dean looked baffled, at John's constant questioning. I winked at him. He grinned sarcastically and nodded. I snickered.

"Mama, can i talk to you?" I asked, waving Sam over.

"Of course sweetie, what's wrong?" She asked. Then her face snapped and she looked at me threatening when Sam came over. "You're not pregnant are you?"

"Mom, no." I laughed. "It is very serious though. Let's go outside." I said. She nodded and followed me.

"Mama, there's a very dangerous creature that lives nearby and you need to listen. I drove all day and night two days in a row to get here before it could get you." I said seriously. She nodded again.

"Tell me dear." She looked into my eyes, almost reaching my soul. I sucked in a deep breath and looked at Sam. He nodded encouraging. I looked back at my mama and tokd her everything.

"Mama, do you remember when i was fifteen and we would stay up watching supernatural?"

"Yes."

"This is Sam Winchester and Dean's inside." Her eyes widened as i continued. I told her how everything was real. How there was vampires nearby. Everything. Even about my and Dean's relationship.
