I become out of breath so quickly. I struggle to keep up with her. Finally, when I reach her SUV I lean onto the hood of the car. I can feel the water running down my neck. it makes me shiver but I push that away and walk towards Gina who is sunk down on the ground.

I pull my clothes on quickly and I sink down next to her. Her eyes are all puffy and she is shaking. I wrap an arm around her and let her body melt Into mine. I look at her but her eyes are closed. I bring one arm under her thighs and another arm behind her and scoop her up in my arms.

I host the passenger door open and set her down. I walk to the drivers side and get in. I start the car and start to drive away from the creek. I had no idea where I was going, so I just drove around.

I wanted to know why she ran. A thousand thoughts were running through my mind and they were each worse than the last. Did she hate me? Did she not realize she even remotely like me? Was she confused? What? I couldn't understand. A girl had never ran away from me while we kissed.

As I stopped at a red light I looked over to her. As he was slouched over and her head was against the window. She didn't look 20, she looked 12. Since it was dark out by now, I just stayed where I was and parked the car.

I reached across the center console and I wiggled her leg.

"Gina," I whispered. "wake up."

She stirred a little but didn't wake up. I moved the hair from her face and I started to drive again. I couldn't bring her back to Imogen like this. Even if it was my birthday and I wasn't responsible for her I had to be. I parked the car in a parking lot to a gas station. I was going to need coffee if I was going to stay up half the night.

I got out of the SUV and I locked the doors. I walked into the gas station quickly feeling like I shouldn't have left her alone. I didn't know this area and there could be murders and rapists on the loose.

I opened the door and a bell rang above my head. I looked at the store clerk and it was a guy who was young. He had brown hair and was watching me like a hawk. I walked to the coffee machine and set it up. I waited for the coffee to brew. The guy was crazy if he thought he could intimidate me. I wasn't easily intimidated.

Once my coffee was done I added a pack of Splenda and grabbed a bag of chex mix. I put my things on the counter and the man looked at me before scanning the items. His name tag said Louis. I couldn't help but wonder if Gina knew him. She seemed to know everybody.

"$5.69." The guy-Louis- said.

The door chimed and in walked Gina. She was looking better.

"Hey Lou," Gina said.

"Gina Arrowood! How are you?" Louis said.

"I'm good." She says smirking at him. "Really tired." She adds as she leans onto my arm.

"It's been awhile since I've seen you. How is Zayn and Niall?"

"It's saw them the other day at the diner. They are good I guess. I haven't seen them in a while. Not since what happened with Lukas and Sienna." Gina said.

I started to wonder what happened with these people. Who were these people?

I slapped my money on the counter and walked out, leaving Gina and Louis behind me.

"Harry! Slow down!" Gina said.

"it doesn't feel good being left behind does it!" I yell and walk down the dark road.

"Harry!" She yells and runs after me.

She yanks on my arm and makes me stop.

"Get the fuck off me!" I snap.
