That Night, Sungjae's side of story
" Are you sure that none of you have spoil my surprise to Joy ? " He said while shooting lasers to every each one of them whose there at the moment. " Nahh, she's clueless. " " Great. Thanks hyung for driving my car to here. "
Both Sungjae and Changsub just arrived in the airport from the long weeks course which was held by the company. Peniel and Irene were there to welcomed them two, with Peniel driving Sungjae's car as been instructed by the lad. He planned on giving a surprise to his girlfriend who probably still clueless that he's already there in Seoul since the girl thought that he's only gonna be here on the next day, where she already planned on fetch him from the airport when the reality, he beats her onto that.
They lead their separate ways after that with Sungjae drove his own car while Peniel went back with Irene and Changsub. Obviously, the lad was excited upon seeing his girlfriend. He didn't bother to freshen himself up first and decide to just head straight to the school since there's only an hour and half left for the event to end. His heart was beating fast, feeling giddy when imagining how beautiful she could be on this night with that dress on her. She showed him once that she's gonna wear the half cut dress to her reunion and he can't seem to get over it ever since she sent the video of her, spinning herself gracefully while wearing it. He remembered clearly her words on that night, " Sungjae dear, for you. I want you to be the first one to see me in this dress. Hehe. " which only made him smiling in happiness.
He reached the school just in time people were driving out from the entrance which made him wonder whether Joy is still in there or not. He parked his car closer to the lobby, for him to have a better view on her just in case she's coming out. He noticed a group of girls giggling among themselves and squinting his eyes, trying to look for his girl since he's quite far from them and felt disappointed when she was not among them. People has start to lessen and his worries has risen when his minds keep telling him that Joy could have be going back already but his heart told him to wait until the end no matter what just so he will feel satisfied with his decision.
He just realised that there's a girl, standing by the stairs while focusing on her phone and somehow felt her face is familiar. " Isn't that Hayoung ? She looks like one. " He could not pin-point whether she is the right person since he only have seen her pictures for couple of times before when Joy had show it but if she's the right girl then Joy could possibly still in there. Not long after that a guy showed up and did a little talking to her before she nodded and walked away which somewhat made him felt confused when the girl head into her car before drove away from the school. " Why isn't she's waiting for Joy ? "
He didn't felt good and was about to head out to look for his girlfriend himself when she showed up just in time. He smiled for a moment seeing how beautiful she is tonight which is beyond his expectations but his smiles faltered immediately when the same guy from before approached her, did some talking before both of them lead their ways towards a car, probably his car.
Upon seeing that happening in front of his eyes had cause a burning of jealousy inside. Why would she follow him ? It was some guy and he could not stop from having so many thoughts in his minds. Could she's having an affair behind his back all this time ? Is this why she's so excited on attending the reunion ? For her to meet another guy secretly ?
But fortunately there's still some Angel probably whisper to him, reminded him that if he love her, he just need to trust her. Joy that he knew will not do these kind of things. Joy that he knew is loving him with all her heart. " That guy probably just being nice. Maybe her ex-classmate. "
He stops the idea of driving away and leave her, instead he head out from the car to approach them two. His eyes widen for a moment when suddenly the guy held on her hand which cause him to feel irritated and about to head straight to give a piece of his fist on that guy's face but Joy's next move had stopped him. He saw how she swatted his hand off hers which definitely made him felt reliefs. He didn't care whatever that they're blabbering about even it looks serious from his view and just calmly walked towards them. Well, he need to appear calm in her eyes at least.
