Dr.Flug's PoV

After hours of taking in information, we finally finished and began to plan. More hours passed by us like cars on a busy highway, and by tomorrow morning we were going to begin to carry it all out.

The plan we had almost guaranteed success, and it seemed practically fool proof. WhiteHat finished up the last bit of information he had to give us to touch the plan up a bit before we parted ways until the next day. BlackHat followed me to our bedroom, closing the door behind us as I laid myself on the bed. I closed my eyes and got comfy, waiting for the bed to dip again when BlackHat laid down with me, though it never happened.

I looked over curiously, wondering why he hadn't come to bed yet and seen him staring out the window. I tilted my head as I slid myself out of the blankets I'd wrapped myself in and headed over to him.

"BlackHat?" I said, seeing if I could get his attention. I reached my hand out and rubbed his arm a little bit, examining his zoned out state. "Babe what's wrong?" I asked him hoping to get an answer. There was silence in the room for a minute before he sighed, breaking it.

"I don't want to go through with everything we planned today Flug," he replied after a moment. My brows furrowed and my head tilted slightly.

"What do you mean?" I asked. He looked at me, and I could tell that this was troubling him more than it had to.

"Its not that I don't think the guy deserves what he did, because I want to rip him limb from limb for It. Its just..." he stopped, letting out a trusted sigh And holding his head in his hands. "I don't want you there! For goodness sakes Flug you just got better from an almost fatal injury! I could have lost you or the baby! Or even worse, both!" he wailed.

Another sigh left his lips and he looked at the floor, crossing his arms and turning his head away from me a little bit.

"I just can't have you hurt again Flug...I want you safe, and I can't guarantee that once tomorrow comes," he said in a quiet voice. Silence filled the room for a moment as I stared at his figure, glowing slightly from the illuminating glow of the moon that was shining bright through our window. A soft sigh left my lips and a smile soon made its way onto my face. I cupped his cheek in my hand and turned his head so he was looking at me.

"BlackHat...I know you're worried. And as much as you'd probably hate to admit it, I know you're scared. But we can't keep hiding. We're the best damn villains that have ever lived, since when did we hide from a fight?" I asked, making him smile.

I snickered quietly under my breath before leaning up and giving him a kiss on the forehead. His hands were placed comfortably on my waist and I pulled away, looking up at him.

"Everything will be fine. I'm just done with hiding. We should be able to go out on a walk and not have to worry about getting hurt. Something needs to be done, and treating me like I'm fine China isn't going to make the problems go away....I think you know that," I said, making him look down again. He let out a breath of air, wrapping his arms around me and pulling me close to him.

"I know.....if this is what needs to be done to make things better....then so be it," Black Hat agreed. I grinned, giving him once more peck on the cheek.

"Good. Now let's get some sleep to we'll be ready to give em' hell tomorrow," I grinned, making him laugh a little. I took his hand and led him over to the bed, laying down. He wrapped his arms around me and let out a soft sigh of content, cuddling into the crook of my neck.

"Goodnight Flug, I love you," he whispered. I closed my eyes, letting a smile grace my lips.

"Goodnight, I love you too," I replied. I let my mind drift off into the dream realm and I soon found myself in a deep sleep. After a night of serene dreams I awoke into my mission filled reality. I rubbed my eyes. Feeling soft taps from the child as I got up and headed down the stairs. WhiteHat and Slug were already in the living room, discussing something with BlackHat. I made my way over to them, catching their attention. Slug looked me up and down and smirked a little bit, his green eyes with a hint of excitement in them.
