Kellin's POV

Vic grinned and gave me a quick kiss as soon as I walked into his house. "Hey beautiful," he said as soon as we pulled away and I blushed. It's been two months since I started hearing but, it still made me blush like a little kid every time I heard Vic compliment me. It was crazy how much he would say to me that I never noticed before. But we'd lay in his bed when I'd spend the night at his house and he'd whisper in my ear about how much he loved me or how he thought I was beautiful and it was the best thing ever.

Sure, there were times where I really did hate being able to hear, but getting to hear my boyfriend's voice all the time, it made it a little worth it. I was being dramatic, of course. Life really was a lot easier when you could hear.

"Hey," I said and went into the living room where his siblings were already sitting and hanging out.

"How was your group therapy thing?" He asked, pulling me into his lap. I smiled and shrugged.

"I mean, it was fine. Just a bunch of deaf and hard of hearing kids talking and complaining about their hearing," I said. I'd been in the deaf group for a month now and it helped a bit. We all were experiencing some of the same things. Some were trying to decide if cochlear implants were right for them, others were like me and didn't know how to handle suddenly being able to hear again, and some had just recently gone deaf and were learning how to cope with it. It was interesting and it definitely helped me. I didn't feel ungrateful talking about the things I did.

"Is it helping you?"

"Yeah, I mean, it's nice talking to people," I said.

"That's good. I'm happy you're happy."

I smiled and kissed his cheek. "Thanks babe."

"Do you two ever fucking stop?" Mike asked.

"Sometimes," Vic said.

"I've never seen them not like this," Debbie said. "And I mean, Kellin practically lives here now."

"You're right, it's obnoxious." Mike muttered.

"You're jealous." Vic told them both and held me tight.

"Am not."

"Are too, you're ugly and no one wants to be with you," Vic told his brother. I laughed and smacked him.

"Don't be mean," I chided.

"I'm not being mean, I'm being honest."

"I know baby, but Mike has a fragile ego and you're going to make him cry."

"I'm not fragile!" Mike whined.

"Then why are you whining like a little bitch?" I asked.

"I'm not!"

"Whatever," I said and turned around to face Vic.

"I was wondering, would you like to go on a date tonight?" I signed to him just so I didn't have to deal with Mike and his complaining.

"I'd love to." He signed back.

"Your signing is getting better," I said with a smile.

"That's not fair, now I feel like you're talking about me," Mike complained. "What did he say Kellin, is he shit talking me again? Because I swear to god, I'll kill him in his sleep tonight."

"We're not talking about you."

"You're just saying that," he muttered. I rolled my eyes, he's just as bad as Justin sometimes.
