I couldn't take this all in! Here I was sitting on the very couch so many celebrities had sat on. I had managed to get an interview with Sunset, a massive Australian tv show.
"Good afternoon, Madelyn! It's lovely to have you here today." The host, Josie said when the cameras started rolling
"It's a pleasure to be here," I replied
Josie quickly looked down at her paper, and started with the interview.
"So you went viral a few days ago because of a video telling your school about your love for a chocolate milk. Tell us, how has school been treating you?"
Even though this was scripted, I pretended to look like I was thinking of a reply.
"Well Josie, it's actually been pretty good. Oak is going to be a part of the school soccer team which I thought was pretty cool."
"And how is Oak going to participate in the game?" Asked me with a smirk
Well that wasn't part of the script. Nevertheless, I answered with no less confidence.
"It may not seem like it, but Oak is more alive than you think. His passion, his confidence and his spirit is quite easily seen once you get to know him."
I could tell Josie was trying to contain her laughter. I tried my best to continue smiling even though I wanted to punch her in the face.
"Are you aware that many people are saying you have a mental disorder?"
I laughed bitterly, "I am. Two of them being my parents. It's unbelievable if you ask me, there isn't anything wrong with me."
Josie snickered and glanced at the director.
"How does it feel to have half of the world believe you are insane?" she asked me
I rolled my eyes in reply.
"Oh my gosh, Josie. I'm really not in the mood to be provoked by some dumb bitch. "
Ha, that made her gasp. So what, this was live? This would show them.
