I walked into Woolies, an earphone in one ear. I hummed along to the song calmly and headed towards the milk aisle. A single Breaka banana-flavoured milk. It was the last one left, and I had to be quick to get it. I rushed to the refrigerator...

But I wasn't quick enough. A small boy got to the fridge first and I prayed he would not get the banana flavour.

To my horror, he grabbed the banana milk. I had to hold back sobs as he ran back to his mother. What was I going to do now??

Desperate times call for desperate measures. I closed my eyes and grabbed the next drink I could find.

It was a carton... Of milk...

To be specific, a carton of chocolate milk.

I couldn't recognise these feelings I was experiencing. My cheeks were now a shade of dark red.

That Oak was... Gorgeous. I couldn't believe I hadn't noticed him before.

My fingers trembling, I picked up Oak. I smiled at him, and I immediately felt a connection. I had never felt anything for an object...

"I'm never letting you go," I whispered

I ran to the counter and quickly bought him. I was feeling so giddy. I took him to my house, not bothering to introduce him to my parents. He smelt so nice. Even at that moment, I could feel myself falling for him.

Hello my dudes. Thank goodness Madelyn chose the Oak because banana milk is the WORST.

But Breaka is good though. It was my first choccy milk. Not as good as Oak, but definitely up there in my favourite brands of milks.
