Cleo's POV
Jim and I have been having a an amazing time at Disney World. We practically have done everything and will only go back for the flower festival Sunday. As well as a cruise Monday. "Jim are you ready?" I ask.
"Nearly, is your boyfriend coming?" he asks.
"He is" I say as I exit my room. Just then there was a knock at the front door. "I'll get it, you finish getting ready" I tell Jim as I pass his room. Opening the front door to see Thantos in a leather jacket and jeans.
"You look lovely Cleo" he states and I blush slightly letting him in. "I got some flowers for your aunt. I don't know the way, so I was hoping I could go with you two" he explains.
"That's fine" I say smiling. Jim then appeared pulling his jacket on. "Jim, this is Thantos remember?" I ask and he nods his head. "He's gonna ride with us" I state. We then all get into my car and I play the Wiggles for Jim. We reach Aunt Lara's place ten minutes later.
We get out of the car and head to the front door where Jim knocks. Aunt Lara answers and lets us in. "These are for you" Thantos says giving her the flowers.
"Thank you Thantos, they're beautiful" she states. "Jim why don't you show him to the dining room. Cleo come help me in the kitchen" she instructs. Thantos kisses my cheek before following Jim.
"Thank you for inviting us Aunt Lara" I say smiling as I mix the pasta and sauce together. She was putting the flowers into a vase. "It means a lot, as I'll be going away soon. I want to make the most of these months" I tell her.
"Same, you know Jim is going to miss you" she says.
"I know, I'll miss him too. Thank you again for agreeing to look after him" I say smiling. "Pasta's ready" I state and serve it. We then carry the bowls into the dining room. Before Aunt Lara went to get the garlic bread.
"God our Father, Lord and Savior. Thank you for your love and favour. Bless this food and drink we pray. And all who shares with us today. Amen" Jim says.
"Amen" Aunt Lara, Thantos and I repeat. We then all begin to ate silently.
"So Thantos, what do you do?" Aunt Lara asks him.
"I'm a medical examiner at the morgue. But I'm still learning" Thantos lies and I smile. "It's why I left last time we meet. I got called in" he states.
"Interesting, have you done any autopsies?" she asks.
"A few, but never alone" he states. "Why don't we talk about something else" he suggests. "About Cleo's and Jim's stay in Disney World" he says smiling.
"That's a great idea" I say smiling. "We have so many pictures Aunt Lara, I nearly finished the slide show" I tell her.
"We got to see Scooby Doo and the Gang" Jim states. So we spent dessert discussing our trip to Disney World. Thantos left to use the loo while we put the dishes in the dish washer. I was walking down the hall when I was pulled into a closet by Thantos.
"Beauty, I have to go" he tells me.
"Why? It'll be suspicious sense you came with Jim and I" I tell him.
"Dad called, the boss wants to see me" he states.
"Boss, as in" I trail off as he nods his head. "I'll cover for you, go now" I tell him and he kisses my forehead smiling. Then disappears into thin air and I leave the closet to rejoin the others. "Thantos just left, he called for a taxi" I state.
"Oh, I wanted to see if he could show me a dead body" Jim says pouting.
"You aren't seeing any dead bodies" Aunt Lara and I tell him. We then watch a movie before I carry a tired Jim to the car. I turn back to Aunt Lara after making sure Jim was buckled in. We hugged each other goodbye before I got into the car and drove home.
