Cathy let me stay in the guest room so I could be close to Grace and John. I'm thankful because paying $300 an night for a hotel really breaks the bank. I've had a lot of time to sit and think recently. I have a plan. I want to make things work with Grace and by that I mean that I want her, John, and I to be a family. I don't know how to go about doing this because Grace won't talk to me unless she needs something from the store. Other than that I'm as good as dead to her.

*Grace's POV*

The tears are here again. Every time I hold John while he's sleeping I can't help but cry. He's only a few weeks old and I already love him more than anyone on this planet. He has brown hair on his head and freckles on his nose just like Zach. His eyes are a mix of mine and Zach's, my eyes are a dark grey and Zach's a pale blue, Johns are a light grey. Zach. Of course Zach, he's all I can think of. When he's out of my head, something reminds me of him. He's been really nice to me since John was born. He gets up in the middle of the night to feed and change John's diaper so I won't have to do it. He will make last minute runs to the store to get anything I need, even if it's something ridiculous like deodorant. I've been giving him the cold treatment, but I don't know how much longer that can last because I really think I'm falling for him. Yeah it was wrong for him to tell me to get an abortion, but I understand his reasoning. He got a 16 year old girl pregnant while he was drunk. This girl could've ruined his life in seconds by making the story public. He had some much on the line especially his band. They were finally getting famous and playing sold out venues, going to jail for rape could ruin the whole thing.

I heard Zach creep down to the kitchen and after a few minutes I decided to join him.

"Morning sleepy. Do you need anything from the store today?" He said cheerfully.

"No, I'm good. Can we talked?"

He closed the fridge and walked right over to me.

"Sure, I would love to" adding a smile to the end of his sentence.

"I'm sorry for being such a bitch to you lately. Sure you said somethings that you shouldn't have, but what happened was equally my fault as it was yours." I stopped because I don't know what else to say.

"Hey, well what's in the past is in the past" he said.

"Friends?" I asked.

"Definitely."

Zach and I spent the afternoon getting to know each other, which is a little silly if you think about it. I mean we know nothing about eachother and we had a baby together. Zach told me about his family back home in San Diego, his mom, dad, and brother Vic. He told me that everyone thinks he's in Florida to write some new songs, he hasn't told anyone about John. I told him about how my father died from cancer. I even told him about how I used to run a blog dedicated to Allstar Weekend. He insisted on seeing it and even though it was embarrassing I showed it to him.

"Oooh click that! Let's see what's in the Zach Porter tag." He pointed at the screen getting a finger print on it.

My jaw dropped as I was reading through the tag. My heart was racing while I read these,

"Zach. Had. A. Baby."

"Zach obviously had a baby that's why he's not tweeting."

"You guys are soooooo stupid. Zach is just writing music, not having babies. Besides he would have my babies duh!"

"Zach had a baby. Yeah and pig can fly too."

I slammed the laptop shut.

"Zach how do they know?" He looked just a puzzled as me.

"I have no idea. There must be some way to fix this."

Fix what?
