*Sierra's POV*

"Sierra, you can come in now."

I stand up and take a deep breath. I've never done therapy before. I'm not sure how this will work; if it makes me forget about what happened then it will have done its job. Niall insisted on taking me and just sit in the waiting room during the session but its 30 minutes, and I know he has better things to do than to wait in a damn room for half an hour.

"Hello, I'm Doctor Kelly Diamond. You can just call me Kelly. Would you like to explain what has brought you here today? You can take your time, whenever you're ready."

I check my Apple watch and stare at the time. If I don't start talking then this will be such a waste. I clear my throat a little and try to calm my nerves.

"I um.. I had been raped by my ex-boyfriend a few months ago while I was on tour with my band. We knew we shouldn't have hired him on as a crew member but I also had no say in the matter. Looking back on it though, if I probably would have made a bigger deal I could have gotten him to leave. But I didn't." I say looking at the floor.

I check my Apple watch again. It has only been 3 minutes.

"I see. First off, nothing in the situation is this your fault, Sierra. It sounds as though you may feel that preventing this from happening when it did, it would have never happened. In most cases, that is not the truth, however. If your ex had intentions on fulfilling the action, he would have done it no matter the timing. I promise you that."

I nod my head.

"Can I ask you some questions and you answer them honestly?" Kelly asks and I nod my head again.

"Are you in a relationship right now?"

 "Yes."

"What is your partners name?"

"Niall Horan."

"Does Niall know about what had happened?"

"Yes."

"Has he been helping you with everything you've needed?"

"Yes. He's been really supportive with everything that has happened. Ever since the... that night.. I've been having really bad nightmares. It just keeps replaying in my mind over and over again. I barely sleep anymore."

"That sadly happens with PTSD. I'm going to prescribe you some medicine. You'll have to keep me updated on how it makes you feel. Would you like to schedule a regular appointment daily or weekly?"

"Wait a second. You think I have PTSD from this? I thought this is just something I could forget about and just get over it after like a month of therapy."

"I'm afraid not. This will mentally be stuck with you for a very long time. Maybe even the rest of your life. It depends on how your personality is and how much the situation affected you. I know that it affected you greatly. Eventually, you will start to feel better. I promise that much. Along with the medicine and our regular sessions, I will give you my personal number so if you need me at any time of the day, you can call. Even if its at 3 am, just call."

"Okay, thank you Kelly. I really appreciate it."

We talk for about 15 more minutes then I check my watch again and the time is already up. That really wasn't too bad. It did feel better talking about it. I think I'll be over this soon.

I walk outside and head to my car. Since the situation happened, I started to carry pepper-spray with me everywhere I go. I'm glad I do because once I reach my car, the unthinkable happens. I see him. He's at my car. This isn't just me seeing things. He's at my fucking car.

"Hey baby." Adam smuggly smiles at me.

I shake and breakdown in fear. I press my emergency call button and run. He laughs and runs after me. I drop my phone and just run screaming for help. There's no one around. The doctors office is in the middle of nowhere. If I run back into the office, he'd catch me by then. It would just be too late. Somehow he catches up to me. He grabs my jacket and I turn to him, and pepper-spray him in the face. It wasn't much but it was enough for me to run back into the office where they could call for help. We locked ourselves inside but he had ran away.

"Why does he keep coming for me? I don't understand." I cry into Kelly's arms.

"Don't worry Sierra, we're going to get him. He'll never hurt you again."

After about 20 minutes of talking to the police and being checked out by the medics, Niall finally arrived. He ran to me completely broken hearted. Once he gets to me, he falls to his knees and just cries.

"I'm so sorry Sierra. I'm so sorry. I knew I should have come with you. I just can't believe this. I'm just so sorry."

I grab him to get him to stand up and completely melt into his arms. This is enough. I swear if the police doesn't get him in time, Niall will get him first. And it will not be good.
