Folks!

How are we doing today? I hope everyone is great and all set to know what's with our hero! I saw all the comments on the previous part, trust me, I'm still blushing! Your words have such an impact on me, like really!

Before I forget, I would like to thank all of you that are reading, voting/ liking and commenting on my works. It means the world to me! And you guys have been really patient with the story so far. So, as a thank you gesture, this update has come in sooner than I initially slated it. Hope you guys enjoy it!

Right so, Ilham, not many of you may have heard of this word. It means revelation, devine or otherwise. No prizes for guessing what revelation is going to be made in this chapter. But nonetheless, there will be a few more things you guys will get to see other than that one major plot point. Well, at least the keen eyes will notice ;)

Without further ado, here's presenting, Ilham...

The Malhotras arrived at the hospital a little past sunrise. The harrowing hours they had spent on their way to London were evident on their respective faces. Eric had briefed them about the situation and Ben had fetched some breakfast to help the spectacular headaches each of them sported. They had all taken turns to see Shravan and they were all evidently shaken up. Ramnath had experienced another dizzy spell. He was heartbroken at the sight before him and the twisting in his chest increased thinking that his son was alone in an empty apartment desperately hanging on to his life while he lived miles away in their home with their family. He winced sitting by Shravan's side, caressing the bandaged scar on his forehead. Sighing heavily he prayed fervently for his boy's speedy recovery.

The rest of the family waited in the corridor for the doctor to clarify things that surrounded the heart attack. "So where is his Mum?" Asked May, concerned, knowing well that if Shravan didn't see all of his family when he gained consciousness, he would be hurt.

"The thing is she's in America, she had gone for a conference." Kamini spoke in hushed tones.

"So? She isn't coming here on hearing this news?" Eric butt in, failing to keep the mild animosity he harboured against her, out of his voice. Even though it had been years and Shravan had brought himself to forgive his mother, Eric couldn't completely let go. One major reason could be the fact that he had seen Shravan suffer for months, he had seen him spiral and rise, he had seen it all and he couldn't help himself when it came to Nirmala fostering someone else's son over her own. Her own, who was alone and suffering from a massive heart attack in a house not a home.

"No, no. Nothing like that, honestly she set off immediately when she heard. She was too shocked to respond initially but when she came around, she booked the next flight to London." Kamini pitched in wishing to do away with any misconception that could worsen the situation. "They have stopped her at the airport. A technical glitch has caused her visa to expire when it actually is quite valid. They are working on resolving the issue. Let's hope it doesn't take too long."
