"so... like this?" luke asked moving his fingers down the neck of the guitar while strumming, it coming out horrible.
"no luke." michael chuckled. "dont push down so hard on the strings just put slight pressure on them." luke nodded before doing it again making it come out somewhat better but not as good as when michael did it. luke sighed before shaking his body out of frustration, accidentally falling off the bed causing the red head to laugh.
"i fell for a dork." michael muttered after laughing helping luke up.
"you fell for me?" luke asked. "shit, did i really say that out loud?" michael eyes widen once the blonde nodded his head.
an awkward silence filled the room before luke decided to break it
"when did it happen?" the blonde spoke up curiously causing michael to look at the blonde before smiling a little.
"uh, i always saw you at school but i've never thought of you like that because we're in different friend groups and you're way out my league, but then you saw me on our school bus with my guitar asking me if id tutor you. of course i said yes to tutoring you on something i only know a few things about and now my dad is pissed at me for stealing his guitar i was just gonna borrow for a music project." the red head laughed causing luke to blush.
"i've always thought about you that way." the blonde whispered. this gave michael enough confidence to grip the blondes waist and sit him on his lap.
"and when did you fall for me?" michael teased as luke thought for a couple moments before sticking his finger up finally remembering.
"it was in grade second, you gave me half your fruit roll up after telling calum no." luke was blushing furiously now confessing his love to his childhood crush without intending to. "why didn't you tell me" the colored haired boy furrowed his eyebrows.
"like you said, we were in different friend groups and i didn't want you to fins me weird and make fun of me." luke fake pouted causing michael to lean in and kiss the blonde.
it was slow, passionate, and magical. everything luke had ever hope his first kiss with michael to be like, all he could think of was the mint of michaels breath mixing with the cherries of lukes.
"this is probably the best guitar lessen ever."
