Annikka POV
Beck canceled his and Kelly's hotel room, got their money back, and gave it to Nicco to use for a flight ticket back to the US. Nicco had his room until noon the next day. "Bye, Jess! Thanks for driving us!" I said, smiling. "Anytime, Annikka. Sarah." she replied. "Thanks again," Sarah said. Kelly amd Beck had gone inside ahead of us. Jessica's phone rang. "Well, I gotta go!" she smiled. Sarah and I went inside and heard the sound of crinkling wrappers, glass bottles, and the telly. I laughed. "Kelly, Beck, you've been here 5 minutes and you raid my cupboards and my refridgerator?!" I said, faking shock. "Not Beck, just me!" Kelly called from the kitchen. I laughed. "Of course, Beck's a good boy. You're the bad girl." I teased. "Uh-huh." she said, her voice muffled. She must have something in her mouth... I thought. Must be the marshmallows. Kelly loves marshmallows. My phone rang. It was my cousin Skylar. I answered. (okay, so in the phone call, my side of the conversation is italic. Her side is bold.)
Skye?
Annikka!
Oh, hey Skye! How are you this fine day?
I'm good, and you, my dear cousin?
I just went shopping.
So you are in a good mood.
Yes, Skye, I'm in a good mood. Now, what do you need?
Can't I call you without needing anything?
I don't think you can. Now stop playing innocent and tell me.
I heard her muffled giggle.
There's a concert in London I want to attend, and I was wondering....
If you can stay? Sure. Kelly and Beck are over for the concert too.
You're the best, Nikki. I'll come tommorow morning. I love you.
No, you love my location. I love your location too.
She laughed.
Seriously, Nikki. I love you.
Aww, I love you too, Skye.
See ya, bye!
I walked to the living room where everyone had was.
"I'm gonna go take a shower, and maybe take a nap for a while, alright?" I told them. "Alright," Sarah and Beck said at the same time. I turned to get some fresh clothes from my room. "Nikki, wait." Kelly said. "Yes?" I said, half-way through the stairs. "Do you wanna come with us to the concert?" she asked. "We bought four VIP Backstage Meet-And-Greet tickets." she said. "Why four?" I asked, since there was only Beck and her. "Nicco was supposed to come, and we were gonna drag you along." she said. "But now Nicco's gone, and we've got two extra tickets. I was thinking you and Sarah could come." she added. "If you want, of course." I smiled. "I'll think about it. Tell me more about this band-" her eyes lit up. "Sure!" she said quickly. "After I shower." I finished. "Okie dokie, artichokeeeeee!" she said as she ran back to the living room to watch the television. I went to my room, started filling my tub with warm water, grabbed some clothes, ran back to the bathroom, and got in the tub. Warm water with vanilla scent. My favorite. I closed my eyes....
"Goodmorning, Annikka! I brought you chocolates."
I smiled. He had always insisted that he call my my full name.
"Oh! I love chocolates! Thank you, thank you!"
He smiled. We were only 5 then. But even back then, he's always been sweet.
