When she's like really sick or she's really hurt she'll start speaking backwards so for example if she was shot in a particular fatal place she might say:
"!?reggirt...nmad eht dellup ohw tohs neeb ev'I...timmaddoG"
Meaning:
"Goddammit...I've been shot who pulled the damn trigger?!"
Etc.
