ROCKY'S POV

“What?” I yelled unsure of her actual words. She walked out carefully and looked down at her stomach, then at me. “Rocky, I’ve been having contractions for like 12 hours,” “I knew it! Baby,” I jumped up to her, “Why didn’t you say anything?!” I put my hands on her hips. “Because I couldn’t go to the hospital until my water broke or my contractions were 3-5 minutes apart.” She smiled, “And they’re 10 minutes apart. And my water just broke.” She said, looking up at me. “We’re gonna have a baby!” I exclaimed, smiling and kissing her excitedly. “We gotta go!” I yelled to her.

“Where’s your bag?!” I jumped up, running around like a mad man, trying to get things and talk to her. “Baby, Where?!” I yelled, looking around and stopping mid-sentence. She was holding it. “I packed this morning while you were gone.” She smiled sheepishly. “Why did you let me go to that interview? It was horrible. They outed Rydel and Ellington on live television." I kissed her sweetly, " And Riker told the lady that he and Kelsie broke up, then I found out it was because she told him about her and I, then Ross yelled at me about it. Why didn't you let me know! You knew you were in labor and you let me leave you!” She looked at me, “I’m sorry baby, I watched the interview on TV, I just, ow,” She said, “Hang on,” she whined, sitting down and breathing rapidly, “Are you okay?!” I said, kneeling down to see her. “Mhm,” She said, grabbing my hand and squeezing it, “I’m just uncomfortable.” She said with her eyes closed. I waited a moment and it was quiet except I could hear Ross doing something in his room. She took a deep breath and opened her eyes, “Okay,” she sighed.

I kissed her, “You’re so great,” I said to her, taking her bag. “Ross?” I yelled as I helped Alyson down the stairs. “What dumbass?” He said. Okay, so he was still mad. “Okay, never mind, I guess you can’t be nice enough to know your niece is going to be born soon,” “WHAT?!” He screamed, running down the hallway and tripping over himself, “What? She’s having the baby!?” Alyson nodded weakly, sitting on the couch, “And we kinda have to get going, so if you’re coming, you better hurry,” Ross nodded excitedly, smiling at them and jumping, “YES! I’m gonna be an uncle!” He ran upstairs and then back down with his phone and computer case. “Let’s roll!” He said, “What can I grab?!” I just looked at him, “So now you’re gonna be nice?” “Rocky,” Alyson said, “Do we have to, ow, do this now sweetie,” She said, leaning over, “Aw, baby,” I said, going over to her, “Can you walk or do you want to wait? “I’ll wait,” she whispered. “Ross, sorry man, will you just grab her bag and pillow and start the car?” “I’m on it!” He hopped to the door.

“He is really excited,” I laughed, helping her up. “Yeah, well I mean his best friend/ soon to be sister in law is having a baby,” She smiled. “Oh,” She said walking carefully, “Call your parents and mine will you?” I looked at her with wide eyes, “Yours right now?” She nodded, “Why? Should I wait?” She asked. “No, I’m just thinking, how good will it be to have your mother in this stressful environment.” “It’s my mom,” she said, ‘She has a point dumbass,’ I thought to myself, “Okay,” I nodded, “I’ll call them and tell them they can come by soon." She kissed my cheek, “Thank you,” She whispered.

"Rocky," She spoke through gritted teeth and eyes closed, "Yes baby?" I asked, watching her from the drivers seat, she was gripped tightly to Ross' hand and I had both hands firmly on the wheel, "How fast are we going?" She asked. "Like 50 babe, that's already above the speed limit," I sighed, "Well, would you like a baby on the side of the road?" She snapped. "No ma'am," I said, flooring it.

Alyson’s Mom and Dad came and visited and it was very unpleasant. It was a stressful situation for all of us, seeing as Alyson was having no medication and when it hurt, it hurt badly. I wished I could have asked her parents to leave, but I couldn’t do it every 7 minutes, although I would have liked to. Ross stayed quiet throughout their visit thank goodness. He was acting invisible to avoid talking to them, good going Ross.
