"Okay okay calm down!" I yell fumbling with the Injector and selecting the Blue option as the Marine continues to scream out in pain.
I shove the needle into his exposed arm as he breathes heavily from screaming so much. After about ten more seconds of his body tensing up he finally stops being stiff and relaxes. Well at least as much as you can relax when you've been impaled by stone.
I hear quick footsteps come up behind me and I turn my head to see 34 running over to me.
"Hey uh, are you bleeding?" I look down at 34's gut which is painted crimson red on the dark blueberry.
"Its nothing," He literally waves off the fact that he is bleeding.
"Ha- Al- Li- Le- What? Are you sure?" I stutter in amazement of how he doesn't care.
"Of course I'm fine. But he doesn't look too hot," 34 points out the Marine then I remember what I was previously doing.
"Oh crap yeah. Tell someone to get the Medi-"
"We're already here sir," They say surprising me very greatly.
"Geez how did you-"
"The loud screaming and crying usually means we're needed," The Red one tells me and shrugs as she kneels next to the drowsy looking Marine who has their eyes closed.
"Is he dead already?" The Yellow one asks leaning over the corpse like figure
"Soon he'll be," I tell them, "Unless we get him help right now."
Red turns around and looks at me, "You know. I'm technically not a doctor, but people need their insides to live."
"From what I can tell, his entrails are now his extrails," Green tells me and looks away.
"You used some numbing right?" Red asks me and stands up.
"I mean, yeah. It would be pretty Savage of me not to," I tell her backing away from the Marine and the spike sticking through his lower stomach.
Red nods and then Purple walks up to the Marine and looks down at him placing her foot on his chest.
"Hey what are you-?" Before I could finish anymore the sound of gross insides being squished sounds out as she pushes his body further down onto the spike.
And with that the Marine's slow breathing comes to a stop completely.
"Normally I would count this action as friendly fire but considering it was to put him out of misery, I'll let it slide," 34 informs Purple and all of what really just happened there.
Purple just stares down at the Marine and let's out a quiet sigh, which triggers 34 to just walk off and towards someone else on the ground, can't quite see from here.
"Geez and I thought that I might've been Savage," I mutter looking at the scene as she takes her foot off.
"This planet is goddamn insane."

"So we don't really have much for options like we did at the Command Base," 34 starts trying to open a crate, "Grrrr. Just open!" He yells kicking the crate making a *crack and pop* sound, "Oh hey whatdoyahknow it worked."
"Well what's in there?" 5000 asks clearly waiting for his food anytime soon.
"We've got-" 34 rips off the top and throws it to the side, then looks inside, "MREs, and, a bit more MREs."
"You're joking right?- Let me see," 5000 pushes his way to see inside the crate, "Oh my god who sends a shipment of just these?!" He exclaims and questions out loud pulling his head out of the crate.
"Hope everyone likes bacon," 34 half jokes as he pulls some of them out, "Because it's all, just, bacon!"
"Wow. Bacon," I instinctively mouth in annoyance.
"Yup, and lot's of it," 34 nudges me and then hands me a MRE, "Bone appetit."
I sigh and walk off outside with my meal.
Taking my time to stroll I look around at the scenery of this planet. Grey mountains surround this valley as the sky is as well a grey-ish yellow.
I bring my attention back to what I was doing which apparently was climbing up the actual mountain. After a minute of taking my time I sit down letting myself look down the hundred-ish feet drop.
I yawn and take out the packet that has the salvation in it. Luckily the augmentation allows Spartans to recycle nutrients and stuff. If not doing all of this would require daily meals.
'All this' being constantly deal with death and causing deaths of aliens.
I rip open the top of it and look inside. It's literally just, eh, some amount of bacon I don't feel like counting.
I pull my helmet off and set it down on the stone next to me.
I slide out a slice of the bacon and look at it, "Hmm.. Looks okay enough to eat." I just take a single bite, and it's the saltiest and blandest thing I've ever, ever, tasted.
"And that's saying something considering I lived on Earth!" I exclaim a little louder than I expected too.
"Still talking to yourself huh?" I hear a familiar voice say.
I automatically snap my head towards Purple, "GOD could you not try to scare me like that?!" I shout at her.
"You think that's scary? Heh," She responds laid back and unconcerned. Then she kinda looks off and sighs silently like before, "Sorry you had to watch that."
"Oh you apologize to me and not to him?" I ask nerved from remembering what happened yesterday.
"He was already dead. He couldn't even of breathe correctly without struggling for life," She tries to defend herself.
I stand up leaving my helmet and MRE on the ground, "No he had a chance, if they're still alive then they all have a chance," I push towards her feeling a bite of salty hate in my throat.
"Yeah well not if their missing the middle of the body!"
"All wounds are fixable!"
"No! Their not."
"Whatever. I don't care," I grumble and walk off back to the edge and sit down, "Just leave me alone."
"Oh I will. Right after, this." *Click*
