"Care to remind me again why I should kill you before this night ends." Caius muttered coldly throwing everyone a death glare.

Why you ask?

"Come on, Caius. Don't be like that. It's your birthday and much better because it is also Shanaya's." Mike cheekily replied while mixing some whisky and tequila in the pitcher.

Mike, Phoenix and Rafael were the one who rang at the door. His friends are throwing a little buddy party at the house and Caius is not enjoying it.

"Stop frowning, Caius. We're terribly sorry that we interrupted something when we came." Rafael winked at me as he drinks.

"Interrupted?" I asked, tilting my head on the side.

"'I need to hide it, Shanaya. You are red as a cherry when you opened the door." Mike laughed while handing me a cup of liquor. "Happy birthday, to the both you!" He cheers raising his cup.

I just laughed at him because I know he is making Caius to get angry even more on purpose. They even brought some chips and some takeout.

"You should have brought Cher." I told Phoenix who is busy with the nachos.

"She is in Paris right now for her Fashion week." He replied, munching something in his mouth. "My wife actually likes you, she told me that you helped her one time in Fierce & Kisses."

"Yeah...well, she is a nice girl." I mentioned.

"You two seems to have an improvement." Rafael murmured, looking at me and Caius. He was sitting at the sofa with a can of beer in hand.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"You and Caius got closer." Mike teased while poking my shoulder.

"How would you know?" Caius raised an eyebrow.

"It's very obvious that you two are shagging, Caius. Shanaya's face was red as a tomato when you opened the door." Phoenix blurted out.

Now my face reddens again. "We are not shagging! And please, could you stop using that work?"

"What? The shagging?" Mike wickedly smiled and laughed. "You two weren't shagging?"

"Please, stop using that. It sounds so awful." I rolled my eyes, groaning in the process.

But the three excerpt for Caius just laughed at my reaction.

"She's right Mike, it's sounds awful. How about...are you two screwing each other?" Rafael replied causing everyone to laugh except for me because I glared at them.

"You just made it even worst." I spat, crossing my arms.

"It doesn't matter if it sounds worst. As long as you both enjoyed while feeling it." Phoenix added.

"Jeez, boys! Would you stop talking about that! And end that stupid topic! Nothing is going on between me and Caius!" I blurted out and glaring at each one of them.

Caius is just standing at the corner and hiding his smile.

"You're enjoying this, aren't you?" I spat.
