"do you still like her?" asked ara, looking at the skies. jeongguk looked at her, thinking if she was talking to him. "yes, i'm talking to you fam," answered ara.
"no, i don't think so. it's been a long time an-" jeongguk was cut off when ara suddenly stood up, "don't even lie to me, jeon jeongguk. i know you still like her," said ara with a smile.
jeongguk hated ara smiling like that. it was making him slip out of his pride. "i can help you. me and BORA are really good friends now," said ara, emphasizing bora's name.
"no, ara, i don't like her anymore. it's been a lot of years, everyone deserves to move on too." said jeongguk, hoping for ara to end the topic as jeongguk felt nothing but embarrassment.
"no, jeongguk. everything that you did for her? you can't just move on," ara said then sat back down beside jeongguk. she looked at the skies, "no one had really done those things to me." said ara.
jeongguk turned his head and looked at her, she was serious. "those sticky notes, everything. i was no one in our school. i liked some guys, exerted efforts but ended up being flushed in the toilet. no one appreciates me," said ara then smiled.
"do you want someone to do those things to you?" asked jeongguk. ara leaned her head to him, "yes? maybe? i don't know. i feel like if someone would do those things it would just be out of force. i don't like forcing things we know aren't meant to be," said ara.
jeongguk really hates it when ara gets all serious and deep all of a sudden. he hates her in general.
"i can do them for you, i still remember where i buy those milkshakes. i still have those sticky notes. i could watch you in every practice you'll have," said jeongguk.
ara looked at him then slapped his shoulder and laughed as it was really funny for her. "thanks fam. but i don't have any shit to practice a thing. i don't fucking do sports nor sing or rap or whatever. i only stay on the side of the classroom and daydream about tom cruise being a teenager again," explained ara.
