"Alright (Y/n)," the photographer looked at me, smiling. His pearly white teeth shined as I tried to pose for the man. "I need you to at least look as good as you do in real life."

"Of course, Jay," I rolled my eyes and posed as he said I had to.

"Perfect! Okay, now we need to get Will out here," Jay tells me, calling out to the male who was going to pose with me

"Perfect! Okay, now we need to get Will out here," Jay tells me, calling out to the male who was going to pose with me. "Will, come on! We don't have all day! (Y/n) has placed to be!"

"Yeah, yeah, I'm here," Will sighed, coming over to me. "Let's just get this over with."

"I don't think I'd be able to pose with him, Jay," I say honestly, looking at my friend who held the camera. "He doesn't spark any interest to pose with him."

"Just try, please," Jay begged and we tried.

I sighed and shook my head. "It isn't working, Jay. I'm just going to go," I tell him, going towards the car.

"Wait, (Y/n)," Jay called, earthing as I grabbed my bag that was sitting next to him. "Can we try tomorrow? With a different person?"

"We'll see," I tell him from behind, walking to my car. I got in and sighed, heading towards the apartment I was staying in.

I got there and started to clean the apartment. I was having a blind date over and I wanted to make my house look presentable.

A knock at the door broke my concentration on spaghetti. "Come in!" I called from the kitchen.

I silently prayed for this person to be at least someone I could tolerate, since my friend Peggy set me up with this man.

I looked over at the door that was near the kitchen and I felt my heart skip a beat. This man was beautiful.

His curly hair bounced with every step. His striking, dark brown eyes sparkled with curiosity and surprise. The toned face showed everyone that he definitely worked out. I felt my heart hope for this beautiful man to have an amazing personality.

"Hello," He says formally, walking into the kitchen with a smile that made my heart melt.

"Hi," I smile back at the man. I then remembered I was wearing an apron to make not only the spaghetti, but there were brownies in the oven. "Oh, uh, sorry for the way I look right now. I've just been preparing dinner."

"It's no problem, darlin'," the longer his sentences were, the more I could hear his southern accent I wished to hear more. "Would you like some help?"

I quickly remembered that I was cooking, even if I already mentioned it to my blind date. "Oh, yes! Thank you," I quickly state, rushing to the oven that was on the opposite side of the island that held the burners for the stove. I quickly removed the brownies from the oven and checked to see if they were done.
