The Twins

Chapter 5

   Raven is now in wolf form and heading over to the woman who is now a wolf, the wolf had just sat down and waited for Raven to come to her. When Raven had finally reached her, she did the same thing she did to Onyx but this time she had licked her face and got down ready to play with her waging her tail excitedly. Onyx was stunned, he got up and had walked over to Raven petted her head making her sit up and calm down, and he looked right at the wolf and asked, " Just who exactly are you and why is Raven like that? She didn't even now it was me who was talking to her when she looked at me."

" I'm very sorry about the confusion, I don't think this is the right time to tell who I am, but little Raven here isn't actually her this is her full wolf spirit with us now, and. It appears she already knew who I was just by my sent." she said petting the wolf Raven.

   Onyx then looked at how normal Ravens wolf was acting with the wolf who had just turned back into a human but except for the ears and tail. Then he thought of something even he couldn't believe at first, he asked. "Have we met you before?"

"Indeed, you have little pup." she said surprisingly normal.

"When? Were? How? What?" he said having a thousand questions.

She sighed and said, "One question at a time my boy".

He breathed and asked, "How exactly have we met before?"

"I thought you would ask that, well how about we wait for the other pup to come back, alright?"

He nodded and said, "I hope you will tell us everything.".

"I'll tell you all you need to know for right now." she said with a hint of concern.

   Raven had woken up back in the place she met the blue wolf when she looked around she realized that it was a forest just like in her brothers dream. But her trees were covered in snow or the trees were now white as fresh snow. She then got up and had started to look for the puddle where she could see what her wolf was doing with her body. When she found it, the water was frozen over but she could still see what was happening with the others. She looked in to see herself transforming into a wolf and getting supper close to her brother, she shouted "Don't hurt him, it just my brother!!"

   The wolf then backed away and headed toward the other wolf in the room. She didn't stop the wolf this time but Raven then had the feeling that the wolf had a familiar sent to Gram, she then noticed that the wolf was waiting patiently for her to get close to her. Then she had a massive headache, she fell to the ground in pain once again, as she fell she saw the woman they were following earlier. She was holding her in one arm and what looked like her brother in the other, she looked like she was running as fast as she could, even though she looked exhausted. Raven then turned her head to see that the woman was heading toward their old house with Gram and Gramps, she ran inside out of breath, Gram and Gramps came running almost as if they knew that the woman was there before she had even got in.

   The woman then handed Raven and Onyx over to Gram saying "They have found me and they know I am weaker because of the children. Please I need you to watch them and care for them like you did to me."

   "Of course, I will but what do you want me to tell them when they start asking about you?" asked Gram.

  " Tell them I am sorry for having to leave them and, that I love them with all my heart. Don't ever let them doubt me or my love for them, that way they can reach their full potential." she said with tears in her eyes.

   Gram got the message and walked over to the door opened it and let her out, but then the woman stopped.

  "One more thing don't tell them my name just give them my book when it is time for them to awaken their powers to help everyone." then she left crying.

  "I promise, Ruby." Gram said in the softest voice with a hint of sadness in her voice.
