Fairy Tail's Light Gone (Stinglu)

Game Day

Welcome my fellow Stinglu lovers. I don't have really much to say so enjoy!

Lucy's P.O.V

Today there is apparently going to be a snowstorm. I believe so because when I woke up I felt cold. I snuggled closer to Sting's chest and covered us with the blanket more. "Morning Princess," I heard a low voice. I knew it was Sting because he normally has that deep, and croaky voice after he wakes up. "Morning Bee," I replied opening one eye. I saw him smiling which made me happy and ready for the day. I got out of bed but realised how cold it was, I immediately went back under the covers shivering. "Hahaha, you're so dumb and cute at the same time," laughed Sting. I did an uppercut which made my fist connect with his lower jaw. He flew out of bed then asked," What was that for Blondie?". I smirked and replied, "That's what you get for calling me dumb. You can't even do maths even if your life depended on it." I heard muffled laughs throughout the room and Sting had red cheeks from embarrassment. He sighed and climbed back into the bed shivering as well.

We just laid there, for about half an hour, before Laxus decided to get us all up to do something. Everyone was awake and headed towards the couch to discuss what we should do for the day. Sting was carrying me to create more warmth between the two of us. I pulled the blanket from the bed and wrapped it around us to add extra warmth. "So, what should we do today?" asked Gray. "How about a full day of different types of games to see who is the best at playing games?".

We all agreed and went to the cupboard that was filled with games. We decided on 5 games and 3 video games. The whole time, Sting and I were wrapped in a blanket while I radiated heat to keep us warm. Rogue noticed this and said it was annoying to see us so clingy to each other. I guess someone misses Yukino. He pulled me away from Sting and used me as a heater which really annoyed Sting and soon it became a tug of war. Gray and Laxus grabbed Rogue while Minerva and Rufus grabbed Sting and Orga tried to free me from the chaos. Once the two were separated from me I asked,"What is up with you Rogue?". He looked at me and told me to go to a separated corner away from the others to talk. "What's up?" I asked. "The ceiling," he replied. I sweatdropped and looked at him with the I-am-serious look. He sighed and explained,"I just k-kinda miss Yukino, even if she did those horrible things. Also, I think I may have drunken something I wasn't supposed to."

I was thinking hard and remembered that in the middle of the night Rogue went to the mini shop downstairs to get a drink because he couldn't sleep. I followed him but I just got water.

~Flashback~ Last night when Rogue got up

Rogue's P.O.V

I couldn't sleep. I had woken up from a nightmare that said something about the future in the Grand Magic games. I got up and decided to get something to drink from the mini shop downstairs near the lobby. As I got up, I tripped over something and accidentally woke up Lucy from her sleep. "What's wrong Ro?" she asked. "I just couldn't sleep so I'm going down to get something to drink. You can go back to sleep," I explained to her. "I'll come with you, I need to explain something to you that I saw in my sleep," she said. We got a coat and put it on, then we went down in the elevator. "I saw something that happened in the future Grand Magic Games, I wasn't sure if it is just a nightmare or if it actually was going to happen," she started. "All the dragon slayers were fighting each other for a match, but some black smoke came onto the field and someone came out. I forgot the face and who it was though," she finished. My face turned into fear. "W-What's wrong Rogue?" she asked a little worried. "I-It's just that... I had the same nightmare L-Lucy," I replied. She was scared, her face shows it.

*Ding* We walked out, recovered from the shock, and went to the mini shop near the lobby. "Hi, how may I help you two?" asked the young female in front of us. "Can I have strawberry lemonade and my sister here will have..." I stopped realising that I didn't know what she wanted to order. "Water," she finished. She got the two drink and we started to walk up the stair because apparently the elevators were stuck due to the cold weather outside. She went back to bed with Sting, and I went back to bed by myself.

~ End of Flashback~

Lucy's P.O.V

I think the girl put something in Rogue's drink. She took longer than normal and his cap was open for him, while my bottle was already closed. The one question that was bothering me was what did she put in it and why did she do it? I think she just put an open spell on his emotions which is not that bad, but I think he would just be a bit clingy today. It should wear off by tomorrow.

When we finished our little talk, we went back to the others who have set up the first game. It was Monopoly Empire (I have only played this version so please bear with me). Since there were only 4 spots we had to get into groups.

- Gray and Orga

- Minerva and Rufus

- Laxus and me for some cousin to cousin time

And last but not least I forced

- Rogue and Sting for some bonding time because ever since I got involved with Sabertooth, I feel like they haven't really been as close as they use to.

Gray and Orga started off, then Sting and Rogue, then Minerva and Rufus and then it was Laxus and I. This was a game of luck and some strategy so with my smart brain we could win!! Then again Rogue and I were the only ones in our family who skipped primary school and half of high school because we were so smart. In the end, Rogue and Sting won.

The next game is Uno! "Ok so everyone gets seven cards at the beginning, you have to say 'UNO' when you have only one card left and you can not win with a 'special' card," Rufus explained the rules. The first card was a blue 2, Rufus went first, then Minerva, then Rogue, then Gray, then Orga, then Laxus, then Sting, and then me. I felt bad and guilty in this game because I knew what their cards were. I have mind reading powers and Rogue couldn't hear my thoughts. I guess it would be just a secret between me and my mind/brain. Laxus won after a little tense game...okay I lied, it was so tense that you could probably sense the tense from down the hall.

We decided to leave the last non-digital game to last. So the first video game would be Sonic! I am happy that we found video games because when I was younger, I was addicted to them for quite a while and so I actually might WIN!!! "GO!GO! GO KNUCKLES!!" I yelled to encourage myself. I was currently in first place until the brainless blonde guy next to me, pushed me off the couch and onto my back. "Oof *cough cough cough**whizz* *cough cough*". That was when Sting saw how hard he pushed me off and came to help me off the ground. Everyone else just looked at us and asked if I was alright. So I took this time to hide the remote behind my back and play from looking at the screen behind them. I stopped cough and yelled in victory as I won. Not until then did they realise that I had won in the game.

~Timeskip~ After all the video games

Sting's P.O.V

Man, I still haven't won anything by myself. To top that off, I was actually feeling bad about pushing her off the couch...up until she shouted "YES! I WON! I WON!". Well at least I'm okay with the final game, TWISTERS! I may not be the most flexible man on the earth, but I can certainly take in the pain no matter what. The mat was 2 times bigger than the normal size which was great because there are a lot of us. Rogue said he would be the spinner since he was already tired. I don't know why, but I feel like something is wrong or different about Rogue today. He was a bit...emotionful? Oh well, I'll wait till tomorrow and see if it will be a permanent thing or not. "Left foot green," he started. "Right hand red, and that will begin the rule of having no limb on the ground while not being used." We all took our right foot and left hand off the ground and waited for the next instruction. "Left..."

"Ah!" Minerva fell and brought Orga and Rufus with her.

"Left hand yellow," Rogue continued. This went on for a while, so Minerva, Rufus, Orga with the new outies Laxus and Gray went to get lunch and dinner. We were hungry and we forgot about breakfast. We would just heat up dinner once it come around and eat lunch once we are done with this game. So now it was just Lucy and me left. "Right foot, green." With that, that put us into the splits. I know Lucy does have much flexibility but she is more flexible than me. Just as I got into the position I heard a thud. I looked to Lucy who had slipped on her blanket and fell on her back again. "I WON! I WON!" I yelled jumping up and down. Lucy was still on the floor but she was laughing, which is good to know that she isn't hurt.
