Remember back in August 2017 I made a list of Film Franchises that need to Die and I talked, pretty much the movie franchises that either everyone hates or has gone on for way to long, well I'm doing it again.
This are my Picks for the Top 5 Movie Franchises that should just die already! Part 2!
5) Despicable Me:
Okay at first these movies were okay, but then the Sequels and the freaking Spinoff took it too far for one reason.
THOSE F#%KING MINIONS!!!!
I admit I used to love them by as I grew older I realized how annoying and stupid they are and now I want to set them on fire. Also no joke, you know how Disney is milking Frozen, Star Wars, and Marvel into every thing? Those I can tolerate while these movies, they make a butt load more merchandise, honestly I wouldn't be surprised if I find a pack of Minion Diapers some idiot placed in the Cereal aisle at Wal-Mart, or at least my Wal-Mart since one time I found cheezits in the cleaning supplies and a box of tampons in the DVD bargain bin.
Wal-Mart............Yep.
4) Final Destination:
I really hate horror movies, well the formulaic one, don't get me wrong I like Get Out but this is one of those movies I can't stand because its the same thing every movie.
Also some of these deaths were very Cartoony, gosh they make the stupid ones on 1000 Ways to Die look realistic, even though some of them are realistic.
But yeah, these movies are stupid and they should not make them anymore, in fact as of writing this, there is no 6 movie confirmed but who knows, its modern Hollywood, even if your sick of it, they'll make sequels no matter what, why? Because we let them! Or China likes the movie I honestly don't know it's one of the 2.
3) Pirates of the Caribbean:
I know my Wattpad Buddy rewrite may not want to hear this because she is a huge fan of Pirates of The Caribbean, but I think she would agree the movies went on for far too long. Especailly to the point where the ruin the attraction at the Disney Parks these movies are based on by adding an Animatronic Jack Sparrow to the ride. Disney may have pushed the envolope a little too hard for this movie franchise now.
Also no joke I thought of putting the 5th movie in my Top 5 Worst Movies of 2017, but I decided not to for a good reason. Sure it was bad, but, the original movies are technically now our childhood, so I gave it a pass.
2) The Purge:
These are some of the dumbest movies ever, basically its a weird future where crime and unemployment is at an all time low because one night a year they make crime legal for a 12 hour period and that includes murder, and I kid you not these movies almost always come out after a major event happens.
The first one came out after The Sandy Hook Elementary School Shooting.
The Third one Came out literally a month after the Pulse Nightclub Shooting.
And Now The Fourth one which is coming out this July is coming out after The Stoneman Douglas High School Shooting.
You know if your movie pretty much involves murder in any sort of degree, and its coming out months after a horrific tragedy, you do the right thing and pull the movies release to a later date, NOT RELEASE IT ANYWAY AND CREATE A FRANCHISE AROUND IT!
1) Fast and Furious:
Wow is it me or does Universal have really bad movie Franchises? Like this is litteraly the 3rd one on my list. After Despicable Me and The Purge.
Does anyone besides Vin Diesel take these movies Serriously anymore? Its just Fast Cars and girls with Big Butts. I may be a guy but even I can't stand these movies, they literally have no science to them!
They drove their cars off of buildings, off of ice, and off airplanes!
I honestly wouldn't be surprised if Fast and Furious 9 they go batcrap crazy and say, WE'RE GOING TO SPACE!
