Chapter 8

-(Y/N) POV-

'He touched me... I like, can't get married or something now, right?? That's how it works'

I was so lost in thought, I didn't realise the train had reached our stop before Bakugou placed his hand on my shoulder "(Y/N) we're here" he said in a low voice as he stood up. I stood up meekly and walked out of the train with him.

We walked silently down the shop lined pavement until I came across a candy shop.

"we are so going in there" I claimed with a stupid grin and I tugged at Bakugou's sleeve.

He grunted and glared at me "only because you need to cheer up" he said as his frown turned into a small smile.

I quickly rushed around getting lollipops, gummies, marshmallows and chocolate whilst Bakugou stood by the cashier waiting for me to finish my excitable spree.

Once I had no more space in my arms to carry more treats I stumbled over to Katsuki and placed all the sweets on the counter and gave the cashier a grin.

"oi do you even have enough money for all that?" Bakugou asked with an eyebrow raised.

"uuuhhhh no?" I said dragging out the no. "but maybe you could lend me some?" I asked looking at him hopefully. He sighed and took out his wallet from his back pocket and handed me the rest of the money to cover the cost. I jumped up and down excitedly and hugged his arm "thanks Katsuki!" I squeaked as a light pink blush tinted his cheeks

"whatever..."

I carried to bag of sweets gleefully, with a smile plastered on my face. We went into various shops and Bakugou got cookies, donuts and soda before we decided to head back to U.A.

Once again, I was faced with the trial of taking the train.

Bakuhoe grabbed my arm with his free one and took us to the train, this time he sat down on the inside with me having the last seat with no one beside me. I decided to distract myself and ripped the wrapper from one of the strawberry lollipops and began eating it. Bakugou whipped his head round as he heard the wrapper being stripped from the lollipop. "relax Bakugou I'm just eating a lollipop" I said, whirling the treat in the air whilst saying so. He just grunted and resumed his former position, as I began humming and enjoying the sweet flavour.

We eventually arrived at our stop and walked out hurriedly, and began to distance ourselves from the crowd and move to emptier streets, slowing our pace and strolling in the direction of U.A. side by side.

We successfully snuck back into U.A. with our student ID's and checked the time. 2:15. Last period was about to start. The corridors were still empty as there were still five minutes before period 6 started. "what's the next subject?" I asked after I pulled the lollipop out of my mouth. "we have English" he replied in his deep voice. For once I think he was talking normally without being excessively angry. He sounded calm. Of course he still had his hands shoved in his pockets with a shopping bag around his wrist but dare I say 'I kinda liked this Bakugou.'

"okay"

"you can head to class and I'll put the food up in the dorms"

"you sure?" I questioned, slightly muffled from the lollipop that I popped back in my mouth. He slid his hand out of his pocket and reached out to take my bag. I handed it to him, eyes locked onto his which were looking down, taking the bags from me.

He carried both bags in one hand and looked back up at me. "guess I'll see you later" I muttered. He cocked his head to the side and looked at me. Before I could say anything, his free hand reached out and grabbed the stick of the lollipop, pulling it out of my mouth, placing it in his and smirked. "mhm" he hummed. He turned around motioning with his other hand over his shoulder which was probably suppose to represent a wave.

I stood there, mouth slightly ajar and eyes glued onto his back as he walked away as if nothing just happened.

'I take it back. This is an annoying Katsuki' I thought, shaking my head with a faint smile on my face.

Hey guys I feel like I haven't updated in ages so be prepared cuz I'm gonna update more frequently since my next exam is a couple weeks away so i still have time  (◑‿◑)
