Chapter 18

-(Y/N) POV-

The whole class had their eyes glued to the sight before us.

"All Might... Why, why isn't he here?! I wonder if he'll come if we kill some kids" said the leader.

'dad... why..why?!'

"The trespassing the other day was the work of these scumbags after all, huh?" I heard Aizawa sensei mutter to himself.

"What? Villains? There's no way they could get into a hero school!" Kirishima stated

"Sensei, what about the trespasser sensors?" Yaoyorozu said trying to keep a calm face.

"We have them, of course, but..." Thirteen replied.

"Did they only appear here, or around the whole school? Either way, if the sensors are not responding, that means they have someone with a quirk that can do that." Todoroki murmured to the whole class. "This surprise attack was carefully planned with some sort of goal in mind considering it's technically happening off school campus."

"Thirteen, start the evacuation. Try calling the school" Aizawa sensei instructed.

"If they have someone blocking the sensors, it's possible someone with radio-wave-type powers is interfering." I said, keeping my eyes locked on the villains in front of us.

Aizawa nodded "Kaminari. You try contacting the school with your quirk too."

Everyone turned to look at Kaminari "Yes sensei."

"What about you, sensei? Will you fight by yourself?!" Izuku shouted out to him. "With that many, even if you can erase their quirks...Eraser Head's fighting style is capturing after erasing the enemy's quirk. A frontal battle is..." he trailed off

"You can't be a hero with just one trick. I'm leaving it to you, Thirteen." Aizawa said, glancing briefly to Thirteen who nodded his head.

Aizawa sensei jumped in to attack, running towards a cluster of Villains, erasing their quirks in the process. He shot strands of his scarf out, tying each one up then lifting them up, pulling them towards him only to crash them into each other as he pulled on the material.

He continued by throwing punches and sending Villains flying, only to pull them back by attaching the fabric onto their ankles and dragging them back to the ground. He dodged a couple punches the Villains attempted, and the growing frustration and fear began to break out behind to façade of strength the Villains held when the first emerged.

'He's also good at close combat, and since he's hiding his eyes with goggles, you can't tell whose quirk he's erasing. When he fights against a group, that makes it harder for them to work together...he's kinda cool' I thought as a small smirk formed on my lips.

I looked across at the other students, landing my eyes on Bakugou who had the same face as me. We must be thinking the same thing.

'We won't lose'

"Aizawa sensei is really good at fighting against a lot of people" Izuku muttered looking astonished.

"This is no time for analysis" Iida shouted at him as the class began to run back. "Hurry up and take shelter!"

The whole class ran to the door behind us just as a hole began to open up in the ground and a shadowy dark figure with piercing eyes rose up above us "I won't let you" He said simply.

"Nice to meet you. We are the League of Villains. It may be presumptuous to us, but we have invited ourselves in the home of the heroes, U.A. High school in order to have All Might, the symbol of peace, take his last breath. I Believe All Might should have been here, has there been some kind of change?" He asked calmly as the whole class glared at the towering figure. "Well, that is neither here nor there. This is the part I am to play." It said as he began to expand. Thirteen prepared himself, opening up one of his black holes but Bakugou and Kirishima were already lunging at the Villain.

"Bakugou!" I shouted after him

They both threw punches, Bakugou's with an explosion added into the mix.

"Did you consider that you'd get beaten by us before you did?" retorted Kirishima as both boys sported smirks as the smoke started to clear.

"Oh dear, that was close. That's right. Even if you are students, you are excellent golden eggs."

"No! Move away, you two!" Thirteen strictly instructed. The two boys looked back at him questioningly. Or in Bakugou's case it was more frustration...

"My job is to scatter you all and torture you to death!" said the Villain. The mass of darkness enveloped us and I brought my arms up for protection. I squinted my eyes open, trying to make out something, anything.

I was thrown onto the ground, I stood up quickly surveying the surroundings.

'the landslide zone'

I looked around, finding Todoroki also scanning the area and inevitably colliding eyes with me. He ran over to me, putting his arm out in front of me protectively before sending a flurry or frost and ice down towards some Villains who had started to make their way towards us.

'I can protect myself...'

His face changed before I had a chance to scold him.

"Get a hold of yourself. You're an adult, aren't you?" he stared coldly at the group of guys. He let out an icy breath before continuing "I hate to say this, but you just look like guys with quirks they didn't know what to do with."

"This guy...as soon as we warped here... is he really a kid?" one of the villains chattered as he was encased in a coat of ice. Todoroki started to make his way towards him, slowly walking down the hill. I could feel Todoroki recounting the words spoken by who seemed to be their leader in his head. He was thinking.

A Villain came up behinds him, a metal rod in his hand. Todoroki quickly pivoted around to face the guy, placing a hand on the metal, freezing it in the process. The ice travelled up to the Villain holding it, and soon he was also encased in ice.

"Hey, at this rate, your cells will slowly die." The Villains faces contorted into worry and fear as they had their eyes glued to the male in the centre. "I want to be a hero. I would like to avoid something so cruel if possible."

I stood there, mouth wide open at the- dare I say- slightly scary Todoroki, raising his arm up to the Villain, hand poised to freeze over his face.

"On what basis do you think you can kill All Might? What's your plan?" he asked

'right (Y/N) these punks wanna kill my dad.' I thought

'Well sorry to break it to you fellas, but that's not gonna happen.'

'Gosh say it out loud next time...' I face palmed.

"W-w-we are here t-to kill A-All Might" he stuttered. Todoroki lowered his arm, aware that these rookies probably didn't know anything else.

I charged up to one of the guys, adding momentum to my punch which collided with his face, subsequently breaking the ice that held him and left him lying on the floor. I stood up straight and looked at all the other frozen Villains around us, smirking and cracking my knuckles.

"who wants to go next?"

Once we had punched the living daylights out of all the Villains, we made our way back to each other.

"What now?" I asked

"We go help"

I nodded, smiling up at him before running towards the plaza where Aizawa sensei was fighting for his life.

hey guys so these chapters are covering USJ so ofc they're gonna be more action related but dw the romance theme is very much still present- there is more to come ♥Ꮂ♥

And because it's summer, I have written more so prepare for maybe a new chap tomorrow or later today (I am eager to continue writing about the looooovvee)
