Chapter 38

-Bakugou POV-

I walked down the streets back up to the school, I was one of the last people who came out of the shops – what can I say? I had a lot of stuff to get.

Everyone started going back in their small cliques when they'd finished and I somehow managed to finish last and walked out alone. Not that I care.

I knew I promised myself to stay away from her. And that plan seemed to work for a while. It's been some time since I last spent some time with (Y/N).

In fact, the plan worked so damn well that when I saw her smile across a room, I couldn't justify the needs to stay away from her. I was too far gone. Somehow when she stands next to me my feelings grow tenfold to the point I'm scared she might sense it. So I just looked the other way.

But almost the whole time, all I can see is that damn nerd in the background catching up.

we both like (Y/N) just like how we both admired all might. Is he going to get (Y/N) just like how he got All Might's attention? NO. I have to stop thinking like that. What the fuck, I shouldn't even care! Especially not about that shit rag Deku.

I reached the front of the dorms and could hear hell breaking lose from the other side of the door. What the actual fuck?

I let out an exasperated sigh and opened it anyways.

All Might, Deku and Todoroki were all running up the girls dorm stairs yelling, Deku stumbled and almost fell. I rolled my eyes. Fucking screw up. What the hell is going on anyways?

I walked to the foot of the staircase and glanced up, putting my stuff down "Oi whats going on?!"

All Might whipped his head around "BAKUGOU SHOUNEN HAVE YOU SEEN (Y/N)?!" he bellowed

The monotone look I had on morphed into one of pure anger and desperation "what do you mean have I seen her?! WHY? IS SHE MISSING?!"

Deku looked like he was about to cry and even Todoroki's usual stoic face had changed. I ran up the stairs to join them and we all stumbled through the corridor. All Might called out for all of the students to come out of their rooms and told me to go do the same with the boys.

I rushed through the corridor shouting "OI YOU FREAKS GET OUT WE HAVE AN EMERGENCY" tired faces peeped past their doors and emerged sluggishly. I started sparking some explosions and scared them into going up the girls staircase. 'JESUS HOW CAN PEOPLE WALK SO SLOW ANYWAYS?!'

Once everyone was gathered in the hallways All Might started speaking with a wavering voice. Damn he's really affected by this...

My head was spinning and I was just about ready to kill someone as All Might began.

"Students! I'm afraid one of the students has not been seen coming back from the mall and is not present. (F/N) (L/N)..." he broke off suddenly as everyone waited

"I'm afraid she may have been captured by the League of Villains" he choked out.

Everyone broke out into nervous murmurs. I looked at everyone's worried faces as time seemed to stop. The round faced girl was crying. Iida looked deep in thought with his brow creased. Deku was on the verge of vomiting now and Todoroki started secreting a cold sweat which I could see glistening from his forehead. All Might told us to keep an eye out and stay safe before leaving swiftly.
