Chapter 11

-(Y/N) POV-

Once I was dressed and ready with my hair down and collar turned slightly upwards to head to class, I quietly opened the door and scurried across to the stairs, peeking to see if anyone was still in the kitchen or lounge.

'no one. They're probably all in class since it starts in like five minutes'

I dashed through the room and ran down the corridor to the big door labelled 1-A. I took in a deep breath

'2 minutes to go'

I quickly opened the door, with my head down and hurried over to my seat beside Izuku. I slumped my bag beside me and propped my head up using my hand. Thankfully, I sat on the side of the classroom so I only had to worry about one side of my neck being covered. The room was dead silent, and I could tell everyones' eyes were on me. I glanced up at everyone, hair still covering my neck "what?" I asked in a judgemental tone. Suddenly, everyone found the floor the most interesting thing in the world, as they all stared intensely at the ground. All except Mineta. 'ugh you've got to be kidding me, grape boy.' I shot him an image of his limbs being torn apart and his face turned a pale colour before he fainted. I sighed. Today was gonna be a long day.

I somehow got through all the boring classes like Maths and English, and soon enough, the hero class began. Before I knew it, All Might (aka dad) came through the window, claiming that he was entering a classroom like a normal person. I rolled my eyes as he proceeded to assign our work.

"Today, you all face another challenge. Aizawa has asked for everyone to focus on combat training, but today you cannot use your quirks! You cannot be too reliant on them if you want to become a hero!

I will pair you up with someone to work with!"

Iida and Uraraka,

Midoriya and Tokoyami,

(Y/N) and Todoroki,

Bakugou and Jirou,

He continued until the whole class was paired up and then asked us to get into our P.E. uniforms and head outside.

'of course. The world just HAD to pair me up with him'

I kept my head down and proceeded to change in the girls changing rooms. Surprisingly, none of the girls were that fussed, and focused on changing rather than scrutinise me.

Luckily, our sports uniforms covered our necks, so I could finally look up and see where the heck I was going. 'out of all the people... why did I have to be paired up with Todoroki? I don't want it to be awkward...'

I walked outside, tying my hair up and glanced around to find Todoroki. Everyone was already paired up on the field and fighting. I saw him, and my face immediately fell in embarrassment. I made my way over to him and hesitantly looked up.

"(Y/N)!, Todoroki shounen! I don't see any fighting!" my dad yelled as I sent him a death glare. He seemed to get the message and went on to annoy another couple.

We got into a fighting position and locked eyes. I began circling Todoroki, looking for an opening to attack. I began running towards him, determination taking over me as I threw a short punch but pulled back into a spinning back kick that hit his stomach, sending him flat on the ground. He began to recover, a smirk on his face "I'd heard you were good at this sort of thing" he muttered. My eyes narrowed and I sent a few more skilled punches his way.

He was becoming more accustomed to my fighting style and learned to dodge a few.

He went in for an attack and used his quirk to join my hands behind my back so that I couldn't punch him anymore. He then grabbed onto my waist, causing me to fall from balance and onto my back. I was now encased between his thighs...'no lewd thoughts (Y/N)' I prayed. "Todoroki you cheated!" I whined, pouting. He smiled innocently and stared at me endearingly but his expression soon turned to something of concern. "(Y/N) I hope you know you mean a lot to me, you're not just some girl to me..." he trailed off. I was wide eyed at this point and my cheeks began to flush "(Y/N) I think I love you" he spoke quietly. I had no idea how to reply to him but managed to piece together some words.
