Magnus swore on the Book of Death that girl turned up on his doorstep, he would without hesitation he would think of something to change her into perhaps a fish he thought to himself. The doorbell rang again there leaning against the post was Bella.
"You have got 30 seconds before I turn you into a tea cosy" Magnus told her
"Can I come in?" Bella asked looking around
"Nope I can hear you well enough from here, 28" Magnus continued
"I know how to get Laila back" Bella started
"26-7" Magnus said continuing the countdown without caring what she had said
"And Alec as well all unharmed" Bella said struggling for words
"3-2-1" Magnus told her finality and begun reciting the spell for transformation and when had finished he looked up, to find instead of a nice tea cosy, she was still there and gave him a wave added with a cheeky wave, holding up the ring in answer.
"Bloody brilliant, what do you want me to do?" Magnus asked clearly frustrated with her question
"I want you to help me bring everyone home, safely and to destroy Valentines forces" Bella replied confidently
"Once again how am I meant to do this?" Magnus asked irritated
"You need to enhance the transportation of my ring so more than one person can travel" Bella told him still leaning against the doorframe
"How many are we talking, 2-3-7?" Magnus said
"Umm" Bella stuttered
"Bella?" Magnus prompted
"About 15 people" Bella finally told him
"Bloody hell what do you think I am? A miracle worker perhaps?" Magnus shouted making the neighbours stick their head out the door, Magnus smiled and waved making them scuttle back into their flat
"You will be when this is over and you will need to ready by tonight!" Bella added making him swell up in rage
"See you at the institute this evening!" She said running down the corridor towards the steps.
Magnus hated Children and not even Laila was going to change that.
