Prologue

            As we all know the epic love story of Edward Cullen falling in love with a clumsy human named, Bella Swan. The dangers they faced and the romantic events in between, but what if their relationship was built all on a mountain of lies. Bella Swan, despite her plain Jane appearance she had cooked up the most devious plan possible to get what she wants which is the mysterious boy in, Forks High School, Edward Cullen. However, he is already taken by his beautiful girlfriend, Solar Cullen. So, she in her deviousness found a witch in, Port Angeles, who at a price castes a blood singer spell and a mind blocking spell on Bella. So, when she returned to high school the next day, Edward, had begun his journey of pursuing, Bella, and leaving his wife and TRUE soul mate, Solar behind.

         In turn, Solar, who wears her heart on her sleeve is devastated by her husband of nearly a hundred years leaves her for a human girl. So, she leaves the dreary town of Forks, Washington to Mystic Falls, Virginia where she meets the originators of all vampire kind, Elijah and Klaus Mikaelson. Also, manages to befriend a witch from a special bloodline of witches, Bonnie Bennett, and one of the infamous Salvatore brothers, Stefan Salvatore. In the matter of two years, Solar, slowly descended in a crippling depression she is barely keeping things from falling apart. Despite the comforting words of her originators and her friends she began to plan in detail of how to end everything. The pain, the loneliness, and the self-blame. As she begins to plan her death, Elijah, seeing his favorite descendant in such a sad state began his own journey. The journey of finding out the root of Solar's depression and when he does he uncovers the witch that gave, Bella, the two spells that tore Edward and Solar apart. But, before he could tell her the news, Solar, already boarded her flight to Italy. Sending a long-winded letter to her coven/family, The Cullens, and six gifts to Forks before her departure.

As soon as, Solar, arrives she asks her master, The Volturi, to end her life. She justifies her case in great detail to the ever-optimistic Volturi leaders, Aro, Marcus, and Caius, of how her soulmate left her and that she couldn't bare living in eternal darkness. Like her friends in Mystic Falls the three kings tried to convince her to continue living. However, she is set on her path to eternal peace so, in the matter of hours, Aro and his brother, grant Solar's wish.

           Back in Forks, the week before Edward and Bella's epic wedding, Solar's letter and gifts come arrives in The Cullen's mailbox. On the small box containing Solar's last will and testament, her gifts, and most importantly Solar's ashes. Upon its arrival, the Cullens, call a family meeting including the master manipulator herself, Bella. In this one single meeting everything starting from Solar's departure is blown wide open. Carlisle, Solar's surrogate father, opens the mysterious package and is surprised by its contents. He places Solar's urn on the table surprising everyone especially, her ex-mate, Edward. Edward upon seeing his former mate and lover's remains he begins to departure from Bella's spell. He feels the emptiness that comes with the death of a vampire's soul mate. And as Carlisle begins reading Solar's will and testament, the Cullen's, feel the sorrow at the loss of their sister and daughter. Except for Bella. In her mortal mind she has won and no longer has to worry about, Edward, from ever leaving her. However, what she doesn't know is that, two originals, Solar's witch friend, and voice of reason are on their way to the Cullen's isolated home to avenge their friend's death.
