I woke up to my alarm. It was exactly six o' clock in the morning.
My wife moaned as she heard the alarm go off.

"Wow, already?" I said.

I reached over to the alarm to shut it off. Then I laid in bed for five more minutes.

"Well, better get moving." I said, motivating myself.

My wife moved around in bed and went back to sleep. I walked to the bathroom which was right across from the bed.

I rubbed my eyes, then looked into the mirror.

My name is Lee Everett. I am an African American man that is almost 6 ft.

A small washcloth was hanging up on the towel rack. I picked it up, turned on the sink, and started to soak it in hot water. Then I ringed it out and briefly massaged my face with it. I placed it back onto the towel rack when I was done. Then I brushed my teeth, shaved, and got dressed for the day.

I noticed that my wife was still sleeping peacefully.
She is also African American. She is shorter than me with long curly hair.

I walked to the kitchen, opened a cabinet and grabbed a box of cereal. Then made my way to the fridge for the milk. On my way back to the table, I got a glass bowl and spoon.

I began to eat the cereal. When I was done, I looked at the oven clock. It read 6:45.

I cleaned up and walked back to my bedroom to say good bye to my sweet wife.

"Okay honey, I'm off." I said.

"Your leaving me already?" She
asked.

I smiled. "Yeah, I'll be home same time."

"Okay, have a good day honey."

"You to." I said, bending down and briefly kissing her.

I walked out to the garage, opened it, and went into my car. My car was a 1990 Oldsmobile. It wasn't the fanciest car, but it got the job done.

I backed out if the garage, then made my way to work. I am a school teacher. I currently teach fourth graders.

I arrived at the school and made my way to my classroom. I unlocked the door and entered. School began at 7:30. I looked a the clock above the door in my classroom. It read, 7:10.

"Good, I still have a few minutes to catch up on some work." I thought to myself while walking over to my desk in the far corner.

I sat down at my desk, turned on my computer, and began grading ungraded papers. Once my computer fully booted up, I began entering grades into the computer.

After a while of grading papers, the bell rang. I ignored the bell and kept working. Students began to enter my classroom. Some talked more than others.

The late bell went off. I stood up and walked to the front of the classroom with my role book. I took role, and started to teach.

I enjoyed to teach. Most of my students were fond of me. Sometimes I overheard some students say that I was the best teacher. This always made me feel good when ever I heard this.

When school was over at 2:00, the bell rang.

"Okay everyone, have a good day. Remember to do your home work." I said as everyone gathered their items and left. Some students said "Good bye Mr. Everett" and some didn't. I said "good bye" back.

Then, after everyone had left, I went back to my desk and put my things away and started to leave the classroom. I shut off the lights, and locked the door.
